I really wanted to love the falafel after watching a segment on the local news. It’s the first food I try at any Middle Eastern restaurant, and only plain with tahini and hummus. Although the food is very fresh and the hummus was delicious, I didn’t really care for the falafel. It has a thinner crust on the outside and the flavor didn’t match that of other local restaurants that are my top choices. I also thought many of the prices were high for a place where you order at the counter. A family of four next to me rang up a bill for $92. By all means, give it a try as the food is fresh and the service is friendly.

Just had the build your own beef shawarma and lamb veggie soup, and wow, they were both amazing! Seriously, the flavors were spot on. The service was incredibly friendly too, which always makes a meal better. I even got to sample the falafel. My first time trying falafel and they definitely set the bar high, so delicious. It was a fantastic experience overall! If you not sure of where to eat definitely give this place a go.

First time visiting for an event, and I truly felt welcomed from the moment I walked in! The place was busy, but thanks to their quick and friendly service, everything moved smoothly. I went with a friend, and the owner, Rania, greeted us warmly. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary large falafel each to try, such a thoughtful gesture!
I ordered the mini falafel bites with tahini sauce, and my order was ready in just 3 minutes. They came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Crispy on the outside, moist and flavorful inside. The mini bites were the perfect size, even juicier than expected, and so easy to just gobble up. Honestly, one of the best falafels I’ve had! Also loved the little extra touch, I received their homemade Dubai chocolate along with the Yelp goodies. It was rich, unique, and absolutely worth trying. Don’t miss it if you get the chance.
The service was friendly and fast, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. It’s a great place if you’re looking to grab something quick and tasty. Parking is shared with other stores in the plaza, but it wasn’t an issue during my visit.
I’m so glad I could make it. We were in a bit of a hurry, so we grabbed our food and left quickly, but my friend and I have already decided to come back soon to explore the rest of the menu at leisure. Since I’m in the area weekly, I’ll definitely be stopping by again.

We placed an order only to realize it was at the Southfield location instead of Farmington. When we went to pick up the order they were so accommodating! They had the order done in less than 10 minutes! The food was spectacular as usual! 5 stars all day everyday for this place!

I have been enjoying the House of Falafel restaurant for years. I highly recommend the food. It is delicious and high quality. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is warm. I usually do take out which is very fast and efficient. If you are looking for a yummy place this is the place to go!

The absolute best falafel I’ve ever had. The vegetables are fresh, the food is well seasoned and cooked. The falafel is so moist, airy, with a crunchy texture. My new fave spot for Mediterranean cuisine. Must try. The lady that runs it is very friendly as well.

Just stoped in at the new Southfield Location during their grand opening and what a great experience! I was offered chips with crazy good hummus as a new walk in! They have a great selection of dishes and sides to choose from. I ordered a fatoosh with some modifications, and they listen very well on how I wanted my salad. Very warming staff, the owners were on site and got to speak with them and they shared a little history about the buisness with me! One thing I was impressed with was how fresh everything was. Their fatoosh dressing was nothing I had ever experienced! Most fatoosh dressing either are too watery or too much oil but this one was on point! It was a creamy Fatoosh and super thick and it made my salad taste very flavorful ! Very impressed and will be back for more dishes
