Got here all the food was cold.I thought it was just the french fries.They were making me new french fries.They came sat down and it’s all cold, like it had been sitting there for ten minutes.It’s probably the worst experience i’ve ever had. Actually, so bad.I’m still sitting in the restaurant while i’m writing this review. When I told them about it, they just said okay bye, when I told him it was the fries they offered to replace it when I told him about the rest they didn’t offer to replace it or give me my money back. I literally left the full plate there. I will be spending my money is somewhere else. You should probably too literally the worst.Ten dollars i’ve ever spent in my life.

Went to wendys ordered the Baconator this is what I got for 14+ dollars I mean are you kidding me what a rip off. Wendy’s use to be awesome their burgers were the best. Guess nothing lasts forever right. What a joke. Won’t be going back here. Front counter was nice and all but wow has quality gone down the crapper.

3/27/26 Stopped in for a Dave’s single, that’s it, just the Burger. AI ordering sucks. It seems to prioritize the drive through over walk in customers and the employees seemed to be overwhelmed by it. I opted to pay cash, it took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge and take my cash. Took another 20 minutes to get my burger. Took it to my vehicle and it was not hot, just warm. I watched the whole process for a good 20 minutes and kept wondering “how long does it take to slap a Burger together. Terrible experience, especially when you can watch it happening. Also, another worker on his lunch break ordered a sandwich with “no mayonnaise”, He got mayo, brought it back for a replacement and it took 15 minutes while he also watched the debacle. This store used to be pretty good but, it has gone way downhill. Won’t be going back. EVER.

I have been trying to call in since I came through the drive thru a week ago. No one answers the phone.
My son and I went here for a mommy son treat. Fries were gross and stale. Burger was dry, and my chicken sandwich was supposed to have bacon and other fix’ns, but nothing but a dry bun and chicken patty with a tiny plop of mayo.

I’m really disappointed with this visit. The chili ended up making us feel sick and nauseous after eating it. It also had way too much cheese — and I like cheese — but every bite was basically straight cheese, which made it hard to eat.

The Frosty was completely melted and tasted almost expired, like it had been left out too long. On top of that, the strawberry puree was only at the very bottom of the cup, with none on the sides, like it was just dumped in instead of mixed or served properly.

Our Dr Pepper had no ice at all, the fries were cold, and the ranch was warm because of how it was placed in the bag. Overall, the food quality and handling were really poor, and this experience was not what I expect from Wendy’s. My sister threw up because the vanilla frosty tasted expired

Thought I’d try a Double Cheeseburger plain on Door Dash. What I got was two old, dried up beef patties on a cold bun. It was as tiny as could be. I think they gave me a Jr. sized burger and charged me for regular size because it looked nowhere near the picture. I rarely eat at Wendy’s and this was the FIRST time I thought I’d try a burger here. Never took a bite because it looked and felt so vile. Even the dog had trouble getting it down. Wendy’s blamed it on Door Dash. It was obvious that it was Wendy’s old and cold food thrown in the bag. Wendy’s was only 2 miles down the road.

They completely messed up my order. I came in to try and fix it and staff ignored me so I had to yell. They complained that I was being a “asshole” which surprised me cause I felt I was calm. I asked for the manager and I don’t know who she was she had a nose ring and treated me so unprofessional. I just wanted to fix my order and she said no. My money was refunded but I can’t believe they wouldn’t fix my order that’s all I wanted. If this is how I’m going to be treated I’m never coming back here. Wendys needs to really address this store and it’s management.

I know it’s fast food so I don’t have high expectations but this place doesn’t even try.
It’s sketchy they don’t give a receipt unless you ask for one. Also weird how they don’t show the total on the screen either. Quality and service are garbage.

Ordered the breakfast maple chicken sandwich this morning. I was the only car in the drive through for a few minutes while waiting. They asked me to pull forward to the door first, then came out a few minutes later and asked me to move to the mobile spot so they could get a few other orders out before mine. When I got my sandwich I waited so long for it wasn’t even hot. Super disappointing visit.
