The food is great! I love their food however it’s frustrating when I ask for siracha sauce (or chilli sauce) and the to-go person tells me it’s in the bag (it has happened more than two times) yet theres none! Today I placed another order to go and asked for “extra” chilli sauce (hence they always say it’s in the bag but never is) and wanted me to charge EXTRA! The employee caught an attitude because I expressed to them that they lie over sauce and THREW the sauce in the bag. I don’t understand why they catch an attitude when they lie over sauce and also wanna charge me “extra” because “it’s already in there” I really do love the food but it’s not right how they treat loyal customers. 1 star for customer service.

Love this place!! Sarku is one of my favorites for chicken teriyaki in San Antonio and I’ve tried them all. The restaurant seems to have a huge following and I can see why. Very delicious, affordable, and plentiful. I highly recommend you go out of your way to try this place even though it’s located in a mall. Phenomenal!!!!

This is my favorite place to get noods. Their chicken teriyaki with extra yum yum sauce is the best. Also the dumplings are to die for. It also comes with spicy siracha dipping sauce on the side. They also have fried rice that’s amazing but I always get the noodles. Plenty of Left overs since the portions are huge but I’d recommend getting the extra chicken for $1.99 more. Highly recommend. Sometimes the wait sucks but I promise it’s worth it. You’ll thank me later also they serve steak and shrimp but I always get the chicken. All this food was $32.50 worth every penny.

My husband’s food was great. I ordered the veggie d”lite. 100% one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. It’s bad. Steamed cabbage with a couple pieces of broccoli and steamed rice. Flavorless. Even salt would have helped. Everyone else that ordered seemed super happy with their food. Everything was fresh but do yourself a favor and do not order the veggie d’lite.
