We don’t take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it—and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That’s why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.
Upscale chain serving gourmet seafood dishes & creative cocktails in a relaxed, stylish setting.

We just had a very delicious meal! Shrimp toast was crispy and buttery . The aburi scallop was a bright dish with the little kick of the peppers . We had the ribeye(classic) and the miso sesame toasted halibut. They were both perfectly cooked and had delicious sauce . Finished strong with a chocolate cherry cake and ice cream – with crunchy almond topping . The food , the atmosphere and the service was wonderful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a perfect evening. Fresh seafood, kind and attentive staff, excellent drinks and great atmosphere. They oysters were divine. Loved being able to learn about what we were choosing and the waiter was very knowledgeable. We also got the shrimp appetizer which was so good! We had a really nice evening and I will absolutely be back! Worth the splurge!

Been in many times with my fiance. We like to come in right as they open and take advantage of the happy hour. All night happy hour on Tuesdays is a plus!
Food is always fresh and delicious. Drinks are also very refreshing. I love getting the peel and eat shrimp, fiance loves the oysters and calamari, and we share a nice steamy plate of mussels.
Always a great time!

Just the best! So fresh and delicious! We had calamari, oysters, steak, salmon and chowder. My only suggestions would be to add some nutmeg to the chowder and to use a better coffee brand*.
(I wish I could remember our server’s name. He was so helpful, patient and informative!)
*The last taste in your mouth when leaving such a great restaurant shouldn’t be a bad cup of coffee!

I recently took my mom here for her Birthday dinner. They treated her like a Queen! They made a special happy birthday note on the table waiting for us to arrive! The food is AMAZING! We are originally from NJ, so we know and love fresh and good seafood!! Jax instantly became one of our favorite seafood restaurants (even making it on the top of our list from high end seafood establishments in NJ.) Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more! The service was outstanding and the food is just, perfection. Best calamari I’ve we’ve had and the seafood chowder is to die for!! A must go to place! We travel from Wyoming to eat here and would even travel further! 15/10 stars.

Incredible food and service! One of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Staff is so so friendly and highly attentive to anything you need. The oysters and caviar are so fresh and clean. Entrees are prepared with craftsmanship, love, and care by the chefs. A rare gem of a restaurant. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant.
We didnt get drinks, spent $150 (before tip) on what tasted like really well prepared Cisco, and left hungry.
We won’t be coming back, if I wanted seafood I’d rather spend far less money for only slightly less quality and greater quantity of food at a place like Red Lobster.

This place was delicious! We came in with a reservation (you should make one, by the way), and we sat at the bar. The hostess was kind enough to find us a table when one was available, very nice of her! Drinks were delicious, and appetizers were great on happy hour. The food was great! It is a little spendy but with sea food you get what you pay for Staff was great, overall great experience, not a weekly visit place we could afford but will be back.

Happy hour every day from 3:30 to 6. Tuesday happy hour is all night. They have East Coast oysters for two dollars and West Coast for three. They also have peel and eat shrimp on the happy hour menu, mussels (but only in a white wine sauce so we ordered off of the regular menu), a fish sandwich, and a variety of other things. The apple and Gruyère salad was *delicious* although we were initially surprised there were no greens! They were a bit behind on the oysters, so we waited awhile. The only qualm I had was that there were quite a bit of shell pieces in the oysters, probably because of the rushed shucking job. The bartenders were very friendly, and made great drinks (the oyster shooter is yummy!). For football fans out there, they had the game playing at the bar.

Food and service were Very Good!
But the noise/loudness level of the ‘music’ was soo high that one could not have a conversation = too hard to hear anything anyone across the table or next to you was saying. We asked our server, but he said it was management decision. He told us we were fortunate we were there in late afternoon cause it’s far louder later in the evening.
