Whatever you guys are paying james, it’s not enough. This man is carrying this entire Wendy’s on his back. He is whipping out orders regardless of the stressful situation he’s been put in. There are so many people waiting for orders regardless of the fact that this Wendy’s has closed but he is still making sure every customer is satisfied and receives their food. God bless james.

I went to through the drive through and asked for the spicy honey bbq sauced nuggets they said they didn’t have that so I asked for just the regular honey bbq sauced nuggets. Which he charged another dollar for even though on the menu all the different options for the sauced nuggets were the same price. After that when we get my food it just normal plain nuggets with a ghost pepper sauce in the bag.

Stopped in 4/21 around 5:00pm for frosty’s following a tour at MU. The vanilla flavor was not working, which was found out after we ordered. When asked about what we wanted to do, we didn’t want chocolate so we asked if a refund for that particular item was an option. The young lady assisting us needed help with that so she asked her coworker for assistance. This coworker was very unprofessional, clearly put out not only with her coworker needing help but with us asking for a refund for an item we couldn’t have. Her bad attitude was obvious and made it uncomfortable for everyone in that store.

Ordered through uber eats and when we got our food we were missing two burgers, normally this isn’t a big deal and can be resolved easily. Naturally I called asking to see what I could do about the situation. I was respectful and didn’t blame them for anything. After talking to them I received a call from one of the workers and the first thing he did was start yelling at me saying he checked the cameras and saw that he put the burgers in the order, again I never accused them of anything. He then started accusing me of trying to pull something, while still yelling. When I tried to talk back to him and explain that we were not accusing him of anything he hung up on me. I called back to understand better what was happening and he again started to accuse me of trying to pull something. He then said I was causing problems and still accused me of trying to pull something. I tried to explain myself again and tell him that I was not accusing them of anything. He again started saying they did nothing wrong and that he checked the cameras. For this whole time I was being yelled at and accused of trying to pull something on them.

This place apparently has a new policy as I was told by an employee of Wendy’s. She would not take my order over the counter unless I was paying with cash. It is ridiculous that I have to order my own food on their dirty screens that many people have already touched over and over. Here were two able body’s just standing behind the counter not doing anything. It is sad how many businesses have lost the ability to provide good customer service or hire people that can provide that! Thumbs down on service.

Out of several carbonated beverages. Out of tortillas. Took 32 minutes for a frosty. Were told they didn’t have time to make other food for us so we had to take a refund. Employee at counter was RUDE. Tables all dirty. Trash on floor. Bathrooms had trash on the floor, urine around the toilets. So gross. Terrible experience!

Nice fast food restaurant. Place was clean. Friendly service. Kiosk for ordering food is easy to use. Time from ordering food until it was ready was about 5 minutes. Very limited street parking because it is in the middle of a college campus. I parked a block away.

I gotta rate this two stars, I’m sorry. The staff is nice, but this location needs some work. When you walk in, you are immediately asked to use the kiosk or mobile order, as they aren’t taking orders at the counter. Not to mention, your wait time is longer than most sit down restaurants around the area.
I’ve been to this location multiple times and have experienced this same thing every single time.
I want to be clear, the staff is nice and watching them I can tell they are working hard, but I think they are understaffed, which is causing this location to lose business and gain a reputation.
Whether it be corporate or the local management here, please do something about this and hire more people to run this store. Being next to campus it should be a gold mine.
