My daughter and I stopped by for brunch, and it was our first time visiting. We were immediately impressed with the made-to-order concept. Being able to choose all the toppings you want for one price is absolutely awesome and makes the experience both fun and affordable.
I especially appreciated that they offer a cauliflower crust option, which is perfect for anyone looking for a healthier or gluten-free alternative. It’s great to see a place that provides options for different dietary needs without sacrificing taste.
Everything was made fresh, served piping hot, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Great food, great service, and a great environment. We will definitely be coming back again!

The food is delicious, with a wide variety of toppings and some excellent salad options. The atmosphere is pleasant, although the tables can feel a bit sticky, possibly due to the cleaning products used, but overall, the place is tidy. I often find myself needing to add napkins to the tables. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However, the gluten-free option comes at a premium, adding an extra $3.50 per pizza, which feels a bit steep.

Great place, great pizza and excellent service. My girlfriend has a gluten allergy. They have gluten free crust and dairy free cheese, so she can have pizza. They take extra care for people with the allergy which is good to know and see!

We visit MOD Pizza often, and I felt compelled to write this review because the Woodfield location has made a huge turnaround over the past year. Since the new manager, Vanessa, took over, this place has done a complete 180, and she deserves all the credit.
I actually asked for her name because I wanted to make sure I remembered it for this review. I’ve been in several times and have personally watched her running around making sure everything meets her standards, checking ingredients, helping staff, and even cleaning the bathrooms herself. And let me tell you… the bathrooms are SO clean now. They used to be pretty gross, and now they’re spotless every time we come in.
The entire restaurant is noticeably cleaner, brighter, and more welcoming. The tables are always clean and ready for the next guest, the utensils are always fully stocked, and the drink area is consistently clean!! Never sticky, which is honestly such a big deal.
The ingredients always look fresh, and the pizzas are made with care!! NOT skimpy at all. It genuinely feels like the staff is making each pizza the way they’d make one for themselves.
The employees are friendly, positive, and no one looks like they hate being there, which says a lot. The atmosphere has completely changed for the better, and it shows in every detail.
This has become our go-to spot. It’s our kid’s favorite place!! He loves pizza and often asks for a “pizza date,” and this is always the place we choose. As a parent, it means a lot to have a clean, welcoming, consistent restaurant we can count on.
So happy with this MOD Pizza and especially grateful for the leadership Vanessa brings. Keep up the amazing work!!!! It definitely hasn’t gone unnoticed! Sincerely, a very VERY Thankful mom!!

The girl with the lashes taking our order was rude & looked bothered that we had even came into the store to begin with. While her manager i’m guessing & her coworker just sat at the table chatting from afar. It was super awkward , I understand having a bad day at work but it’s really unnecessary and uncomfortable having an attitude like that while taking our order & making our food ..
Keep in mind we had came in 2 hours before they had even closed.
While we were leaving her manager screamed out ‘ have a good day ‘ like as if she didn’t see the face/attitude her employee had the whole time. Honesty L girl L manager
Side note: they forgot our ranch but charged us bruh
Like genuinely if mod pizza is making you have an attitude like that please rethink jobs.

I’ve always been getting mod pizza at this location ever since they opened here. The area is overall great, the food is great too, but big improvements are needed when it comes to picking up online orders. My order was given to someone else, mind you I picked up my order later then usual ready time and this was around 10:20pm, apparently my order was given to another person to whom had the same name and phone number. Y’all need to have people provide order number or email confirmation of the order. No apologies was provided for the mistake. Overall ruin the night.

We come here at least once a month. Employees at the Schaumburg location are really great! Super kind, socialable, made everything perfectly. Today’s experience was extra great. Our child loves all the boxes on the wall with the drawings and asked who did them (told us it was a coworker that went to college) and they asked our child which was their favorite and let us take it home The store is also pretty well maintained and clean. We have not had a bad experience coming here!
