Went with my whole family to have dinner tonight and the service was horrible. We got there and the drinks took really long to come but we thought they were busy so we were understanding, mind you there was only 6 tables in the whole restaurant. Anyways, we ordered fried pickles as appetizer, never came. I ordered a cookie skillet, I got it fairly quick but it melted completely since it had ice cream, I waited 20 minutes for a spoon. She finally came with the spoon and i told her it had melted completely while I waited for the spoon and she told me with an attitude, “Okay what do you want me to do?” I told her nothing that it was ok. My brother spoke up and she gave him attitude too. My 2 brothers got their food but she never came back with the rest of the food for the rest of the table. They finished eating and everyone else was waiting 30 minutes for their food that never came. The waitress never came to tell us it was going to take a while or anything she was nowhere to be found. We told one of the waitresses to give us our check and that we would pay for the stuff we had eaten but that the service was really bad. We felt really uncomfortable because we saw all the servers by the kitchen pointing to our table and laughing as if they were saying something about us. I don’t know if it was because we are Hispanic and we were speaking Spanish while we were there that we weren’t getting the fair service and attention as paying customers that all the of the other tables were. Never going back. Horrible service. Wouldn’t give it any stars if I could.

Ordered on DoorDash 2 hours ahead of time coming from this location and the delivery driver said they never got my order. The girl on the phone and Manager were lazy telling me to just go through DoorDash instead of just making my order. Also I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning while dining in a while back and since gone to the Hammond bdubs. Next time I’ll just order on the bdubs app so it comes from that one

The waitress did not bring napkins or silverware. The waitress was rubbing her nose and face then handling our food. I was able to see her inside the kitchen. It was disgusting. I asked the waitress if she can put the basketball game on the screen I was facing, she never did. IT TOOK OVER 20 MINUTES JUST TO PAY and 35+ just to get the check. We Ordered ICE TEA but we received it with no ice. We had to ask for ice three times.

I recently ate at Buffalo Wild Wings, and while the food was pretty good, the service left a lot to be desired. The wings were flavorful, and I enjoyed the variety of sauces, but the experience was tainted by the poor customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and even rude at times, which really put a damper on the meal. We had to wait a long time for our food, and when we asked for simple things like refills or extra napkins, the responses were short and unfriendly.
Overall, the food was the highlight, but the service made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. If they worked on improving how they treat their customers, it would make dining here much more pleasant.

Came in on a rainy Tuesday afternoon, it was slow but had a great time. The bartender had fun with us, store was clean and slick, food is always good. Definitely a neighborhood staple in Lansing.

This place is terrible , the service sucks. If your Hispanic let me tell you you’re NOT welcome. They’re racist . Worst experience ever. My waiter was a white racist female. Who hardly even said 3 words to us. She didn’t even acknowledge us after serving our food. This happened back in 2013. I said I was never going back. I tried a second time same experience. After so many years I decided to give this place another try like 2018 and terrible service. I ordered online today, 02/12/2023 this place is trash , 4 onion rings for a regular order and soggy. Fries, which I was missing one order, cold and soggy. The wings please, cold , overcooked and blandddd. I mean so bland with no sauce if any. I’m really done with this place. Let me tell you , this place has changed sooo much in the last years. Even with that change it’s still horrible. This place is in need of better management.

Lately they take time to give you your order. if you order over the phone, they tell you that it will be ready in 30 minutes. when you get to pick up your order, you may wait 30 to 50 minutes longer.
