One day I ordered a cinni mini and they were out. I asked for a refund. This manager told me to request it in the app since that’s where I placed the order. I walked away and did that. I got an email asking if I got the other items. I said yes. Now a week later I entered the store to purchase and the store manager going to tell me she’s not serving me because I gave a bad review.
SINCE WHEN DO YOU GET BLOCKED FROM A STORE BECAUSE OF BAD REVIEW? THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF A RETALIATION, POOR MANAGEMENT, AND NASTY ATTITUDE! THESE 2 MANAGERS NEED TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY!

It’s Sunday January 25th 2026 I arrived to pick up my order around 11:20pm, the lobby was closed and the ladies working inside are simply ignoring the drive thru. I sat there for about 15 minutes before the lady with long braids and glasses came to the window lazily rudely and nonchalantly said move your car and park over in the lot. She later brought my order about another 15 minutes later. What kind of terrible service is that.

I’m not sure what’s going on here, but when you come to pick up your mobile order they ignore you totally. I had to yell at them to get their attention. Then they didn’t even say anything, they just looked at me and gave me some ignorant nod as if I was bothering them or something. You will get better service if you go through the drive-thru as that seems to be their priority and where their focus lies.
Go to McDonald’s down the street, they have much better management and staff.

Early wee morning around 4-6am is the best time to Go when your vacationing, day off from work even during a weekday stroll stop by this place a young colored woman workers there she’s fast also very attractive as far as her personality. She could be a Introverted woman which is great For workers and great during the morning. The locals treat her right even my older gold buddies I recommend this place Only during the morning. If you have time during the weekends you might see car meets in the parking lot make sure you dine in while you look at the car its a beautiful experience.

Okay so I went to this location to order a large hash, small vanilla ice coffee, and some pieces of candied bacon , everything was wrong so I tried calling no answer so today I go in to finally tell them the manager was trying to act like she wasn’t the manager had the employee come talk to me then told the employee “I don’t know I can’t do nothing about it” while giving attitude on her phone with her head down every time I come to this location the energy is just always off or negative the employee that was trying to help me wasn’t the problem the manager was . All around bad experience

As a fanatic of the whopper came here Tuesday the 24th around 6:00pm with my family the 2 employees they had decided to ignore us when we were asking to order while they were worried about the customers that came thru the drive thru they kept on taking orders in the drive thru and decided to completely ignored us so we decided after 20 mins and after letting them know that when you walk in a restaurant the guest that’s in the restaurant should be a priority won’t be coming back to this location safe yourself some time and go to where they will give you some service.

HBK was ok esp for $9.99 lunch special. Nothing special. Maybe ill try the burger next time, was trying to eat a little more healthy this time 😉
Friend ordered the Skirt steak sandwich (off regular menu) with beer battered onion runs. I thought the meat was a little too tough for me, and too much batter on the rings, but friend seemed to enjoy it all – different tastes 😉
I’d def go back for lunch special. And check out the burger and fries.

As soon as I walked in I noticed every single employee on their cell phones, at least 4 tables has trays with left overs and food wrappers on it.
Location is great but the customer service was bad, I asked for a Whopper meal with Onion Rings, had to wait longer due to the fact that they didn’t have Onion Rings cooked or ready, ketchup dispenser was broken and messy, I also saw a few “Homeless” people hanging out inside the restaurant making you feel uncomfortable.
I am not coming back to this place.
