Stopped by Blaze Pizza for the first time in quite a few years and noticed they’ve changed a few things since my last visit.
Last night, I ordered the Meatball Pie pizza. It had a great balance of red sauce, meatballs, and ricotta cheese that made it really flavorful without any one ingredient overpowering the others. The crust was cooked perfectly with a nice light chew.
I didn’t finish the whole pizza, so today, I reheated the leftovers in the air fryer and it still tastes great.

My first time ordering 🙂 I doordashed delivery, 2 build your own pizzas, I ordered broccoli on both pizzas and there wasn’t even enough to have one piece of teeny tiny broccoli on every slice, LOL I was disappointed. …. otherwise the flavor was really great and everything was delicious just don’t order broccoli, they cant afford to use it as a topping or something?

I stumbled onto Blaze pizza a few months ago, and it has since become one of my favorite places to eat. Lettie and the rest of the staff are so friendly, and the food just can’t be beaten. The best gluten free pizza in town, hands down. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Surpassing all our expectations, they provided quality food at an affordable price. Vegans rejoice! Not only do they offer vegan chorizo, but vegan cheese as well. We all left satisfied.

We visited Blaze Pizza for the first time tonight. The food was delicious, but the service is where they really excelled! Immediately when we ordered, the gal who took our order showed us a deal that got us exactly what we wanted at a lower price! The staff was super busy with tons of orders, and yet, they did so amazing balancing it all. 11/10 service! Thank you!

This is my favorite pizza spot in Lincoln. The ingredients are fresh, the crust texture is ideal, and the price is great. You can build your own pizza and it doesn’t cost extra to add many toppings.

Pizza was cooked good and evenly, and was overall pretty good. I opted for a (build your own) and I recommend it, they have a huge selection of toppings. Wasn’t anything to crazy, and I don’t see myself coming back here in the near future. It’s a great quick bite to eat, but definitely not the best option in the downtown area.
