05/24/2025 – First time visiting this Habaneros Fresh Mexican Grill in Hilliard with family and friends. This is the 3rd Habaneros I have visited. The set up is placing your order at a register and then it is brought to your table. They have dining with regular seating tables and partial booths seating. The high top chairs are at the bar. I ordered their house Jumbo Margarita on the rocks with salt; always on point. I ordered the Trio Dip for an appetizer for my party to share, and a Chicken Bowl. For my dessert, I ordered their Choco Flan which was tasty. Our server Corbin was professionally friendly and prompt! Parking out front. Decent prices.

The bowl was very good, the rice and chicken had a good flavor. The chicken tortas were alright, the cheese wasn’t melted and it doesn’t come with a lot of toppings. The staff was very friendly though.

The best fish tacos I’ve ever had and honestly my favorite meal ever. I crave them. The guy who manages the place is a delight. He’s full of energy and is genuinely interested in the customer’s experience. The staff really works hard and cares about the place, you can tell. Always a positive experience and would highly recommend it for sit down or carry out!

They went out of their way to make what I wanted that wasn’t on their menu. I asked for Mixed Fajitas like you’d get from any sit-down place and even though it wasn’t on the menu he made the platter anyways with the whole shabang and it was AMAZING! Will eat there again for sure??

This place is unique. It’s a fast food Mexican that also happens to have a bar, so its great. You can get your food quick then go get a margarita from the bar. I thought quality wise this place had better food quality that Chipotle. So if you like Chipotle you would also like the food from here. They have significantly more options so you should definitely check this place out.

Food over all was good but we ordered a torta for my husband and it was sad. Barely had any ingredients on it. It looked like someone slapped wet food that was sitting in a sink. We asked for rice, refried beans lettuce sour cream onions and green peppers. There was no beans or rice and sandwich was very thin. When I went to explain to one of the girls she was very rude trying to tell me I didn’t order what I ordered when she wasn’t present while ordering she was bartending. Never apologized never offered to make it right just snorted “give her a side of rice and beans” I told her no I want it to be made right. And then was told it was going to be awhile so I just requested a refund. Other girl was polite and kept apologizing. Please work on your customer service and how you treat customers.

I’ve always enjoyed the food here, but the bar service has been consistently disappointing over the past few months. During my most recent visit, I waited at least 15 minutes while the bartender focused on chatting with male customers. Multiple patrons noticed the lack of attention. Some even closed their tabs right next to me while I was trying to order a drink.
When my boyfriend arrived, she immediately approached him to take his order without ever acknowledging me, even though I had been standing there first. This has happened more than once, and at this point it feels unacceptable.
I’m a regular customer, but if I weren’t, I wouldn’t return. Management should consider bringing back the previous bartender or hiring staff with stronger customer service skills. Additionally, a more professional dress standard—such as proper work pants instead of athletic shorts—would be appreciated.

Came here for a quick bite of tacos. They had discounts on items every weekday. Ordered a Monday carnitas taco and a fish taco. They tasted juicy and flavorful with the green Mexican spicy sauce, especially the fried fish taco. Service was excellent and WiFi was available. There was a great bar where the bartender was chatting with people friendly.

Won’t be ordering tostadas for take out again. Food was really cold and soggy and watery. I picked up my order 10 minutes before the pick up time so it should not have been sitting for that long.

Quick service and fantastic food. A lot of people throw around the word “Authentic” and most places do not live up to the hype. Here, everything is made fresh and in front of you. Delicious ingredients, fresh and well prepared. The quantity is large as well. The inside has limited seating but plenty of room on the patio. This is a must stop.
