I love the food and service here but every time I get an iced coffee they don’t make it right. It’s completely white almost as if they forget the coffee. They also don’t add enough ice. This is the McDonald’s on my way to work so I have to stop here but no other McDonald’s coffee tastes like straight creamer and is completely white!

We’ve now had two separate bad experiences with this McDonald’s location, and both point to the same issue: orders are consistently incomplete.
Two weeks ago we ordered through the app and did curbside pickup. Before driving away, we realized there were no napkins, no utensils, and no syrup or butter for the pancakes, so we had to go back inside to get what we’d already paid for.
More recently, we were snowed in and ordered delivery through DoorDash. The order was $65, and when it arrived, about half the items were missing.
Mistakes happen—but what’s frustrating is that the mistakes always mean less food, never extra. That doesn’t feel fair, and after multiple incidents it starts to feel like a process problem, not a one-off error.
This location really needs a better system for checking orders before they go out. When customers consistently don’t receive what they paid for, that’s not just inconvenient—it’s not acceptable.

If I hadn’t watched my tea/lemonade being made and noticed it was just a tea that was made I would have paid extra and not got my 1/2 lemonade 1/2 unsweettea drink… Everytime I get the grandkids chicken nugget happy meals they forget to put the sauce in I asked for. This Restaurant did not give us sauce for the nuggets. I guess I will just hold up the line and check through all my boxes and bags for all items from now on.

The other McDonald’s in Joplin are good. This one on the other hand has gone downhill. Hard bread cold meat. The kid at the window had a poor attitude. Fries were warm but they didn’t salt them. Now I know why I haven’t had a.Big Mac in while. Same shit a different day

I just went through the drive through. I ordered fries with no salt. The fries I got had salt. I told them I ordered no salt. They did replace the fries with unsalted fries, however they took the fries back in through the windoe after being in my car. Gross makes me wonder how many time I’ve gotten fries sent back by another customer. Against health safety codes.

I went through the drive thru. Guy that answer seemed okay at first….then I asked for a Triple Cheeseburger meal. He tells me “we cant do that. We dont have a triple cheese meal.” I tell him, “yeah you do. I got it the other day.” He then proceeded to tell me “um i can guarantee you haven’t.” Okay rude. Whatever I got a number 9, pulled up. He was very short with me when I paid. Went to the 2nd window. Girl was very unfriendly. Got my food and drink and pulled into a spot to eat it. Fries were mildly warm AT BEST. Burger was dry…all in all not great

Let me tell you a story about the sad cheeseburger. I was prompted by a young gentleman who asked me my order in the drive thru. I ordered a cheeseburger, McChicken, and an ice tea. After I finished he was quiet for about 40 seconds and then apologized and asked me to repeat the whole order. Not a problem I did so but found it weird that he prompted me to give him my order and then forgot the whole thing. No worries. He got my order and it was correct. Now the lady that served me the sad cheeseburger was having an argument yesterday 7/30/2023 @ around 6 to 630ish with the gentleman that was taking my order. I can only imagine that my cheeseburger was collateral damage during this arguement. It was mangled when I received in the drive thru. It was deformed and squashed. I have pictures. I felt so bad for my cheeseburger. Now I ate the cheeseburger it tasted like any other cheeseburger but it was sad. My McDonald’s people please take care of the people’s food. I’m not a picky eater but it looked sad.

I’ve ate here a few times it’s always been good. I usually ask for extra pickles and this place really listens unlike some of the locations where they add one more pickle.
