The food is absolutely impeccable here. Not only did the owner / manager check on us several times to make sure our meal and the service was great. My mom and I were jokingly saying the place is so good we need to try everything on the menu!! Exceptional drinks, food, service, & and owners that truly care of the outcome of your experience. If I could give this place 10 stars . I would!! Highly recommend reservations. Atmosphere was cool & warm, smaller side. Cozy.

First time visiting. First impression, excellent! We shared the jerk chicken nachos. Phenomenal! I had the fish and chips and my wife had the Thai peanut chicken salad. We both loved everything! We couldn’t decide on an app so we asked our waitress to surprise us out of three, we ended up with the seafood queso and it was outstanding! When eaten immediately after dipping a chip it’s got a great seafood flavor, but if you let it cool on the chip for a bit before eating it, then the cheese flavor comes out more.
For the main dish we enjoyed ahi tuna tacos & seafood roll. The tacos were surprisingly filling and the tuna was flavored very well, not overly fishy at all! Was excepting the tuna to be pieces, bit instead was one large chunk. The seafood roll had great flavor, not overly strong on the fish flavor, but also not drowning in mayo.
For dessert we got the key lime pie and it was exceptional! The very first flavor you get is the steong lime, the same essence you get when you squeeze a lime. Immediately following that zing you get the decadent creamy sweet of the filling. It’s neither overly sweet or overly tart, instead incredibly balanced! Our waitress mentioned it’s homemade and a family recipe.
Everything we had was a solid 10/10. Highly recommend!!

Had a wonderful supper! Started with elites fritters, so tasty. Then chicken & waffles & shrimp & grits; so flavorful. We finished up w/ a slice of cheesecake, super yummy. The drinks were amazing & Shanel is a wonderful bartender! I ask for her to make me her choice to pair with my shrimp & grits & she knocked it out of the park. Will definitely visit again!

Happy hour is second to none. Great apps and drinks. The steak Alfredo is delicious. Tonight Alyssa pulled me a $200 winner!!! But i loved her 5 star service even b4 that. If you haven’t tried this place #youshouldbehere. The espresso martini tonight was delicious! I ordered the walleye fingers, crab cakes and elote fritters off of the happy hour menu. You cannot beat this happy hour. They came out so fast and delicious. I’ll be back!

My husband and I came here last minute for our Anniversary. The ambiance was great – very chill and comfortable. We sat outside on the patio for dinner. Our server was great, gave wonderful recommendations, and was knowledgeable. The wait time seemed normal. I had a lobster roll and it was delicious!

Ordered on doordash and the lemon chicken came with practically no potatoes. It looked depressing opening it. This was 20 bucks BTW. Usually have good experiences with mallards but kitchen staff what was going on the night of november 11th?? Took over 3 hrs to get my food from order placed as well.

I feel this is the best sit down restaurant between the cities and Duluth. Waitstaff are always friendly–Pamela was my server at my recent stop here and she was very attentive and personable. While on the pricier side, the food is always spectacular and well worth the cost. The jambalaya is my go-to choice; it’s top tier, but you can’t go wrong with their other entrees either. Drinks here are excellent as well
