This woman (Named Claudi and works weekdays mornings only) asked me if I wanted a straw for my drink. Before I could even say yes, she turns her back around and told me to have a good day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR! Thankfully the manager was able to assist me.

If I would of known with a postage sign before ordering that soda wasn’t refillable, I could have taken my business somewhere else. I normally get my coffee in the mornings.
Never noticed till I came to eat with the family.
Plz add a postage sign by the cashier or in the front windows, acknowledging that this, in particular, McDonald’s does not give refills. Customers aren’t aware of this, and we should be. We shouldn’t have to wait to go up to the cashier and ask for a refill, and then find out.
Thank you, hoping to see a sign posted sorry no refills.

Food was brought to the table with a full selection of sauces and salt pepper etc. There was a little girl there with her dad who was so excited for her happy meal, it was contagious!

You should stay open until 1am on Saturdays. Good place and location in a nice neighborhood so no need to worry about crime. I live in the area I work Saturday nights and get there right around 12am. People are still trying to get in thinking they are open I see it all the time. Popeyes is open until 2am just a few blocks away. Consider staying open late on weekends

The security guard that works there is a grumpy power tripping weirdo he told me I couldn’t not kiss my own wife after she was excited to eat and said thanks to me followed by I quick peck we weren’t making out nothing like that it was a 1 second kiss and we are adults and it felt like our constitutional rights were violated and he embarrassed us by screaming “ hey none of that in here!!!!” After I asked what he was speaking about he got angrier and he says “ matter of fact y’all gotta go!!” He proceeded to escort us out with our food that I just paid close to 30$ for never going there again I wish it would have been recorded so that I could sue him and the establishment for not stopping him abusing his job title.

I went at night to pick up an order, they were preparing for closing which means that they were tired of their long working hours and yet their good sense of humor and friendly service was amazing. The lady who helped me deserves an A+
