You’ll see the sign for this McDonald’s on the main highway. Don’t be fooled- it’s 20 min away with any kind of traffic and several roads and miles.
The kitchen and staffing are extremely chaotic and unorganized. The stress level is high, with yelling in the back, and that spilled over into the lobby. So now you have a stressed staff, uptight customers, at a fast food place that is abnormally slow. Bad. Bad all the way around.
The food was barely warm, the meat wasn’t on the bun and the coffee was cold for coffee. This McDonald’s is extremely busy. Attention needs to be given to processes and efficiency and make this place what it should be, with an emphasis placed on proper management and hiring.
There’s several other mom & pop shops you can order ahead and get better food, just as fast.

Everytime i go by this location everyone is so friendly, especially Kameron Morey. I went by here today and everyone i came in contact with was very very friendly. There’s a mid 20s male with tattoos on his arms, i never got his name but he is always making jokes and making people smile from what i’ve experienced/seen. I greatly appreciate the amazing staff!

Once again this restaurant fails in customer service. How hard is it to read a receipt and ensure everything is in the bag. Ridiculous paying these prices and management doesn’t ensure any quality checks. Missing both milks in kids meals this time.

I arrived at 6:00am when the store first opened, greeted the workers as I worked for years in the food industry and then used the kiosk to create an order so that staff had time to get into their groove. I ordered 2 McGriddles; one in a meal that is meant to come with hash browns and a drink which I put as a strawberry banana smoothie. The other sandwich and another hash brown was added as extra. I was literally the only person waiting on any order and they still managed to get my order wrong. They didn’t give me my receipt when I asked for it, didn’t give me all the items I was charged $20 for, and honestly this is a constant in Culpeper.
I can’t dunk on just McDonalds as it’s all the fast food chains here having a horrible work ethic and attitude, but come on man. I’m getting up early to work too and I’m just trying to get food for my coworkers and I.

I’m not one to write reviews but thought you should be aware of this poorly run McD’s

I thought this would be a good day for McDonald’s Quarter Pounder meal in Culpeper today since I haven’t had McD’s in a while. I was running late for an appointment so I decided to use the drive-thru. The 1st response to my order over the speaker is they have no meat for the meal. So I ordered a double cheese burger instead with no pickles and onions. After the 1st window took my money the second window told me to move forward to wait for my burger since it was a special order. Ater waiting for 20 minutes I flagged down an employee in the parking lot since they forgot about me. 5 more minutes later they brought out my meal. Being already late I left and opened the sandwich on the road. The meat was cold and loaded with pickles and onions. Worst service and sandwich ever!! Needless to say I won’t be back to the Culpeper McD’s anytime soon. What a nightmare!

I use the link, but YOU as the owner will do nothing!!!!!! I use the link, but they have it built it in that you need to use your receipt. I use a work around to let corporate know!!! You as the owner need to do something, but a generic reply to the link!!! Your store is the WORST!!!! YOU AS A OWNER IS NOTHING MORE THAN A REFLECTION OF YOUR STORE!!!!! That’s the problem!!!!

THE WORST IN THE AREA!!!!!! Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!!! The manager on duty yesterday morning 11/24 shorted me my change back because she said she had no pennies. I told her to round up because if I am short one penny then I would not get my food!!! She became confrontational and said I should accept the shortage. I canceled my order and got my money back.
I told myself months ago to NEVER go back, but I was hungry.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! IT’S HORRIBLE!!!!!

I placed a pickup order through the mobile app for breakfast. When I came through they told me they had an issue restarting their system for breakfast so they were temporarily closed. I asked if my order would be refunded and they said that it would and I would receive my refund within 48hours. They did not cancel to order out and failed to answer their store phone multiple times. Nothing is ever working properly at this location and there is no other way to contact them.

Worst customer service in the drive thru! People from the register charged us wrong, waited for them to fix it that lasted good 15 mins. Took our card then closed the window. As a customer, I am not comfortable of them taking my card then close the window then make me wait 15 mins for you to give my card back! Then when we are getting our orders from the other window, they gave us a different order so we had to wait another 10 to 15 mins. When we finally got our food, they said we needed to pay $9 more! Are you freakin serious? After all the inconvenience, all the mistakes, you wanted to charge me again? So when we said we don’t want to wait again, the MANAGER who was trying to charge us got pissed off at us and didn’t even apologized for all their mistakes just basically handed us the food with a really BAD ATTITUDE, then said bye and slammed the window! Is this how customer service is supposed to be? I would understand if it’s our fault but it’s not!!!! Will never go back to this branch and will warn people I know who goes to this branch!

The place was packed and service was awful. I tried in vain to use the self serve kiosk to order just one café mocha. You punch several menus but after you finally get café mocha, the machine won’t stop asking what additions you want. I asked for help on this but that was ignored. The guy just took my order. People were all around waiting for the food. French fries were spilled all over the floor. One guy was simply wanting a cup but waited a long while to be helped. The café mocha came up but was way too full of sugar. I am sad for the days when McDonald’s was well run.

This is easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and the issue is entirely the staff. They’re consistently slow, rude, and they almost always mess up the order. The last five times I’ve been here, not a single order has been correct. I don’t think it’s purely intentional, they’re just very poorly trained.

Combine that with how expensive McDonald’s has gotten, and it’s just not worth it anymore.

Overall, definitely not the best fast food option in town, not even close.
