Our order was wrong took forever no one would help us. A bunch of people waiting on orders at front. One lady waiting longer than we did. The employees just did not care. One looked like she was the manager. Walked right past us like we were not even there.

I walked in to order and I waited 10 minutes while this girl stood there staring at the kitchen to make food to bag it instead of taking my order as well. I never even got my breakfast bc I had to go back to work. As someone who works in the food industry, it makes no sense to leave people standing there waiting. It does no good to stare at the kitchen waiting on food and not helping someone while you wait. She needs to learn to multitask!

The food was above-average for McDonald’s. The drive-thru workers could have been a bit nicer, but that’s my only complaint. They weren’t rude, but they didn’t seem happy to see me. One girl just said nothing, handed me my food, and closed the window. I worked retail for 6 months, I know this type of job sucks, but I always at least put on a fake smile and give a little “Hi, how are you? Here’s your food/items.” It goes a long way.

The workers here are just rude! They make you wait forever at the drive thru even when no body is in front of you. They forget the sauce, straw, napkins, etc… and when you ask for these things they get puffy and snappy and act like your out of place for asking them for something. The fries are hot on top n stale on bottom every single time I’ve been there, it’s been the same.

This place is dysfunctional. The manager didnt assist the front, despite the front desk asking for assistance. She verbally prompted for assistance several times. I ordered on the kiosk, wait was 38 minutes. Two happy meals, snack wrap and a burger. I asked for a refund due to the wait and no food yet. The manager just kept saying it was coming. My 2 yr old doesn’t understand a 40 minute wait. We picked mcdonalds for the fast convince. Horrible.

Such a simple order… 2 McMuffins and a hash brown. Then no hash brown. Should I have checked the bag? Sure. I call. Phone rings for minutes and no answer. Literally this is almost every McDonalds in my area. The incompetency is unreal. Also they couldn’t have been that busy. No one was behind me.
