This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The employee at the first window clearly needs additional training. There was no greeting, just “what do you want.” The service was extremely poor and came across as rude. I was not asked whether I was using the mobile app, which is usually standard.
When I reached the second window, I was told to pull up near the door and that my food would be brought out. I waited over 10 minutes after waiting 8 minutes in the driver-thru before receiving my order.
Overall, the service was unacceptable, and this is by far the worst McDonald’s location I’ve visited.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this location. The cashier, Alerixa, repeatedly called me “an asshole” and used profanity in front of other customers and staff.
This occurred after I placed an online order and waited inside when the drive-thru was temporarily closed. The manager, Charemka, acknowledged the behavior was wrong but did not stop it or remove the employee, while other staff laughed.
Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer treatment.

I was verbally cursed at by a cashier after politely asking about my delayed order, in front of other customers & staff. The manager acknowledged the behavior was unwarranted, tonight I went to pickup my order and see the employee is still working there, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable returning.
It sends the message that disrespect toward paying customers is acceptable, especially when management knows complaints won’t truly impact business. I won’t spend my hard-earned money at this location again.

Can I rate less than one star? Ordered mobile curbside and sat in my truck for 20 minutes before I was finally pissed off enough to go inside. Finally went inside and received my order 12 minutes later. 32 minutes for 6 nuggets and two McDoubles with only the meat and cheese to which they added the condiments on which was specifically requested no condiments. Can you please start hiring people who can at least tie their own shoes, recite the alphabet, and count to ten.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT come here. They take FOREVERRRRRR. You will regret waiting inside. If you pull up to this location and you see a long drive-through line and you think ordering inside will be a lot quicker then you are completely wrong. And don’t think that just because you say your order number that they’ll hurry up nope you’re gonna wait another 10 minutes if you weren’t attended to the first time.

Have ordered here probably 50 times in my life only because it’s closer to where I am often during the day food is rarely fresh. I ordered a Macris be chicken sandwich. The chicken only filled up about half the bun was dry like it’s been sitting around for two hours with the price increases nowadays food should be good and fresh the McDonald’s location on Federal between Copans and Sample is much better much better service fresh food. I think they need new management at this location during the day.

Just came here for my first time during breakfast around 6:30a.m. The service was fast, the women at both windows were very nice, and my customized (vegetarian) order was totally correct and made well. I’m often let down by McDonald’s so I felt compelled to share my good experience here!

We placed a breakfast order prior to it being 10:30 AM.
Obviously, the menu online would have not let us made the order if it wasn’t breakfast . Upon arrival did not prepare my food and said that breakfast ended at 10:30 although I ordered before online. When I got home, I realize that they had charged me twice on my card. It’s day three and my money has not been returned !The Service here is horrible. This is not my first incident here , my son who is a. light skinned Hispanic boy received racist treatment For looking white. If I can give this location, zero stars or less, I would.

Today we were at store #24636 at the drive thru and I ordered our food, when we got to the 1st window to pay the young lady did not have the order in the system and we had to reorder, paid $10.46, we drove to the 2nd window to pick up order, the young lady gave us a L strawberry shake instead of a small strawberry banana smoothie, when we asked what the difference in price was she said she didn’t know and had to find out, when she came back we were told a L shake was 3.49 and the small smoothie was 3.19, I then asked can I have the difference in what I paid back and the manager that I asked to speak with told the person that I should come inside to speak with her, mind you it was raining outside, and we could see her fussing through the window. The server told me at 1st that they’re not giving me anything and I had to argue the fact that if I didn’t have the $.30 difference to pay they wouldn’t give me a L shake and I would have to order something else. Eventually they gave me back the $.30 but it was just the principle of it all which led me to write this review, which I never do.
