Best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve had in a long time. Had fresh, soft donuts with plenty of variety to choose from even at 6pm. They really made my treat exactly what I wanted and then some. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

Slow service and they gave me only four tiny hash browns with my order, and they were burnt and super hard. The dining room was filthy too with trash overflowing in the cans and on the ground. If America ran on this dunkin we wouldn’t be running very fast or very far.

I’m done with Dunkin’ after today’s drive-through experience.
I pulled up, placed a basic order, and at the window a credit card machine was shoved out toward my car on a stick—prompting me to tip. In a drive-through. No service beyond handing me my order, yet I’m put on the spot to tip while a line of cars waits behind me.
That’s not customer service; it’s forced awkwardness. The physical act of pushing a tip screen into someone’s space is uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially when there’s no actual service being provided.
If wages need to be higher, raise prices and be transparent. Don’t pressure customers at a drive-through window with a guilt-based tip prompt.
Coffee should be quick and simple—not an uncomfortable moment I have to brace for. Until this changes, I’m done.

Had to leave the drive thru without my drink due to poor service. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker to place my order and the worker sounded like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Got to the window and again waited over 5 minutes to be greeted. Left before I got my order. It is common to receive bad service later in the day. I usually have better experiences in the morning.

The worst experience with Baskin-Robbins at this location. The lady started our order, completed only half of it, and then left us without saying anything to help another drive-thru customer. I went to the manager to ask about our order. She gave us only one ice cream and said she would tell her, but then told us we needed a refund because the flavor was not available.GAVE US ATTITUDE.

I asked why nobody informed us earlier, since she left without any explanation. I told her we could choose another flavor because this order was for my kids. If it had been just for me, I would have left without getting anything. This was very disappointing and unprofessional service

So I go here sometimes before work like today and they didn’t fill the cup all the way and it tasted like literal water

Ill never tip for fast food. I feel insulted that dunkin would push their responsibilities of paying their employees onto the consumers. I visit for my coffee daily, but i vowed to never be back until this changes and I hope others do too.

The afternoon crew is night and day compared to the morning crew. Employers don’t welcome you, have an additude, as if its an inconvenience for them that I am there. One girl was on her phone and the boy there was the one giving rude.

Weird ‘girl’ working closing shift gave me a lukewarm sandwich. Granted she did help, being that the sandwich I wanted wasn’t shown on the menu although they have it. Just a poor experience in comparison to other locations. ‘She’ sighed aloud with disappointment when I pressed no tip.
