Want some eggs bacon and waffles to so decide to go here. Ordered our food, by the server was very nice. I watched the cook, touch raw bacon, then pick up a plate, then cheese, all this with the same gloves, then someone’s cook bacon, still not washing hands and changing gloves, after watching all that I made the choice of not eating their. I understand being busy, due to I’m a restaurant manger but that was way to much, to watch. I told the server to cancel out Oder. Thought she would apologize and say drinks out is but nope still paid for my coffee and my assistants drink. This is unacceptable, we need to make sure we do the right things in a restaurant sitting other peoples lives are in our hands.

This location is great 1st and second shift,however the experience I had tonight for third, i cannot even express how disappointed we were. Every table had dishes even the bar top, when we asked the server to clean a table so we can dine in we were met with hostility and cussed out. She didn’t even give us our drinks,or our check just gave a price.

A little slow here when it gets busy so keep in mind what hours you’re around. Overall really love wafflehouse a great go to for breakfast they do dine in, and take out. No drive thru (Obvi). The waiters are super nice. Place is small so when busy can be a bit loud if you don’t mind that then all is well~

We took my wife to Waffle House for her inaugural visit—the promised land of scattered, smothered, and covered.
She sits down, looks at the menu (which is basically a yellow billboard of breakfast glory), and places her order. Then, with the unearned confidence of someone who has never seen a yellow sign in their life, she looks our server, Debbie, dead in the eye and asks for a pancake.
The air in the booth went cold. Debbie didn’t even blink. She just leaned over, gestured to the giant, glowing neon sign outside, and asked the million-dollar question:
“Honey, do you realize we’re called the Waffle House?”
God bless her. Classic wife move Bringing a pancake attitude to a waffle fight.

While I love a good breakfast from waffle house, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of our server. I did not see the server wash her hands once. While she rubbed her nose, picked up a ticket off the floor, handled multiple customers dirty dishes (in the sink too), handled cash, etc, she never washed her hands. The most she did was a 2 second dip of her hands in the running water and then go right back to handling cash. Unfortunately, her acrylic nails ended up in my food and I nearly walked out. Whats difficult is that while I would like to speak to her about this given I’ve been a server as well too, but she repeatedly talked poorly of customers in my view which made me reluctant to say anything given I could expect the outcome not being productive. Very disappointed with this location.

Dined for late night dinner. Bacon came way too done black on edges. Asked for bacon not quite so done, got bacon 2nd time not cooked enough to eat, and greasy.
The eggs, hashbrowns and toast were good. But needless to say I won’t be back to this location.

My first visit to a waffle House did not disappoint. Our server was the Senior NCO, directing everyone where they needed to be and what they needed to be doing.
She made sure it was recognized that I was no longer a waffle House newbie.
And the food was exactly what we hoped. I had smothered, topped… I don’t know what else.

Management decisions destroyed this place. Now kitchen is overloaded and too many orders from online. Done in experience became a mess. It was very nice place in the past. Not anymore. They also don’t take orders for to go anymore only online

Ordered a steak bowl. Hashbrowns were over cooked, there was no cheese & when I asked the waitress to put a piece on top, the cook started yelling at waitress. Will never go back to this waffle house

Hash browns burnt up , no refills on coffee unless u ask and wait , took them a good 20 mins to burn the food and maybe there were 6 people in there so busy was no excuse , I was prepared to make our waitress Christmas excellent with a large monetary gift if she were a good hard working waitress, but that was not seen so I left no tip at all because me and my wife did not think she deserved it !
