I’m not a burger guy but their burger is really good specially the one that I had, the smoked and pepper burger. Chicken salad was big enough for 2-3 people. The fish and chips wasn’t too great but okay. It was a Sunday, expecting a lot of people but it it wasn’t. So service was fast and people were courteous. Josh, our server, checked us out often to see how we’re doing and that was a plus for us. It wasn’t too noisy inside and the place looked clean and orderly. Will definitely be back.

We’ve been going here for a while. I’ve never been too fond of it, but my wife loves the mud pie and my kids eat the mac ‘n cheese well enough. Overall, I’d say the place is about a 3, maybe a 3.5, out of 5 stars. However, we had a really cruddy customer service experience tonight and so I’m lowering my overall rating to 2 out of 5. We won’t be back.

My family went here tonight. I had a $10 reward that I wanted to use. My kids got their mac ‘n cheese and my wife and I decided to try the “Yum Deal,” as we had never tried their smaller burgers before. The burger itself was one of their better burgers. The meat to cheese ratio tasted better with a smaller patty.

After we finished eating, we waited about ten minutes for an employee to notice that we did not have one of the little pay kiosk computers and she brought me a paper receipt. I asked her if I could still use my rewards and she told me to write my phone number down on the receipt, so I did so. I told her that there should be a $10 reward on the account and that I would like to use it. She informed me that this would not combine with the “Yum Deal” discounted price and was not sure whether the $10 reward would be better compared to the “Yum Deal” discount. I told her to do whichever she thought worked out better.

It turns out, what she thought worked out better was canceling the “Yum Deal” discount and using my $10 reward, ultimately increasing our overall bill even after the $10 reward was used. This employee thought that this worked out better.

I got my receipt and was flabbergasted. I clarified with the employee and, yes, she had removed the “Yum Deal” discount, used my family’s $10 reward, and then ran our card with the new price, which was higher than our original bill even after the $10 reward. She asked me if I would like her to rerun the card, but at this point I wasn’t sure if she’d screw that up, too, so I told her not to.

I want to be clear here. I’m fine with the promotion not allowing the use of rewards on my account. I get that. But I’m incredibly frustrated that this employee decided that the best course of action was to cancel the discount for the “Yum Deal,” use my $10 reward on my account, and overall still charge me more – only a few dollars more, but especially cruddy because she had used the $10 reward as well and the price was overall still higher than it had been.

I know good customer service. This wasn’t it. This was super cruddy and it felt terrible. My family won’t be back.

The restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredibly delicious—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Our server, Emma, was so kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. And the manager, Andrew, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The Red Robin sure has changed since I last visited back in 2000 and that’s a good thing we had dinner here last week. The customer service was outstanding. The food was good the beverages were also good. The management and employees, our sever were attentive, courteous, and friendly the atmosphere was good. The Interior was spacious and the walls were decorated nicely with memorabilia. We shared a plate of the Southern charm bacon cheeseburger, which was great, and bottomless garlic fries also had a drink which was made perfectly we’ll be visiting this establishment again soon.

I was here for Halloween and ended up being sat with Emma. Amazing. Once again just amazing service. She seemed to be doing everything all alone, never even saw a busser but man everything was on point. Super friendly. Great conversation. Great recommendations. This place isn’t even close to me but I keep coming because service is stellar.

Food was good too. Vibes were immaculate other than some loud kids but it was Halloween you know what can you expect.

We revisited this Red Robin and it was a complete turnaround, I called ahead of time to see if their was a wait time and decided to dine in with my family. Joey was the best server ever , he was really nice and attentive and the food was delicious we were completely satisfied !! Great food great service. I’m happy we had a good experience this time

Our party of six adults plus two kids was seated quickly shortly after arriving.

We had a very nice, happy, and helpful female server who gave us her personal recommendations. The food came out quickly. Our experience was good, with fresh food and a very nice server who was attentive, in a good mood, and waited on us throughout the meal.

The onion rings were a hit with our party and we’re devoured within the first five minutes. They were fresh, piping hot, and so crispy and delicious.

I got the clam chowder bowl which was delicious, thick and creamy, had a decent amount of clams in it, and was served with oyster crackers as well as a half salad that was also pretty good.

The bottomless fries, lemonade, and soda fountain drinks were great! Two thumbs up. Gotta love Red Robin!
