Reheated my fries, McDouble, McChicken, and nuggets. Surprised they didn’t have a lukewarm High-C Orange laying around too.
Disgusting and I’m so tired of the terrible service in Southfields McDonalds. Full of lazy people. Especially this McDonald’s.
Why did I wait 10minutes for my food to be reheated?
I did return and got my food replaced. Female staff was really nice. Male staff started arguing once I asked for my food redone.

This restaurant is a disaster at night. You need to terminate all of your overnight team. The whole experience was just bad. Food presentation was horrible and tasted just as bad as it looked. Then I get to last window to pickup food where then find out they don’t have ice. The young lady handed my pop to the car in front of me and then proceeds to try to hand me the same cup the person returned to her. I get such great service in the morning. McDonald’s these people do not care about your business please get rid of these lazy unsanitary people.

This is the best McDonald’s location I’ve visited in a long time! The food is always hot and fresh, and the employees are incredibly kind and friendly. Every visit is a great experience. These employees truly deserve a raise — they are awesome!

I eat here all the time, as I shouldn’t. But enjoy it. Employees are nice, it’s clean. Messed up my order a couple of times, nothing major.
Recently they’ve shut off their pop machine in the lobby to stop people from refilling their own beverages. I will not order from here again. Absolutely ridiculous.
Luckily the one right up the street is better ! Wouldn’t have known if it weren’t for this.

Orders often incorrect. You cannot refill a beverage after 2 pm (seriously?). Had to ask for my BBQ sauce 3 times, even though I was charged for it. Fries were cold, condiments missing from the burgers. This is an ongoing issue with this location, and has been for years.. Food is poorly prepared, bad service, silly senseless rules. From a customer’s view, how does it make sense that you can refill your drink at 1:59pm, but not at 2:01pm? What is the logic behind that? How does that add to the customer’s enjoyment? It appears that saving a penny or two is more important than providing the customer with a decent meal, and acceptable dining experience.

Went to my local redford mcdonald’s as I do 4 plus days a week but this time I had to stop kinda fast to use the bathroom.. I was denied access because I didn’t buy anything.. Absolutely BS! I wonder what the proper law officials would have to say about this

NOT HAPPY!! Arrived at 9:12 pm in drive through. Pulled right to speaker to order and waited 5 minutes then was told to please give them a moment. 10 minutes later order was taken . Then I pulled up to pay had only one car in front of me and still waited 10 minutes to pay then pulled up to get order . And no meal, was asked 3 times what my order was. They had window open and employees were arguing amongst themselves. Sat in my car watching customers walk in complaining. Could hear customers in side complaining as well. Finally received my order at 9:51pm. BUT… food was fresh. This was my second time here had bad service once before and decided to give them another chance. BIG mistake…..

I had a horrible experience in the drive thru with staff and ended up going in only to meet the new guy that had just taken over. I didn’t get his name but when I tell you he made every worry go away with granduer, experience of food service, customer appreciation, and calmness. Thank you young man. The staff at this McDonald’s need to be praised they all are nice caring ppl that try to save the customers money with every order. Please give them all a raise. ( McDonald’s by the hospital in Farmington Hills) The Drive-thru staff best experience the lady that took my order made me smile she is a great worker & beautiful human. Its the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ate at. Ordered no whip on my chocolate shake. Got whip and strawberry shake no chocolate. Double cheese burgers suckd waited 10 minutes you would think it would have been fresh. Nope old and moldy.
