When craving a good ice cream or creamy custard Andy’s is the place to go! I always customize mine with toppings and sauces. It was the perfect Friday treat and great way to start the weekend. The drive-thru is always quick and customer service is wonderful. I also love how you can see them making the ice cream through the window while you wait. I’m sure I will be back again soon!

Located on Main Street in Spring Hill, Tennessee, this custard stand has great custard with a variety of options for toppings/mix-ins. Today, we had the Key Lime Pie Concrete and the Orange Freeze. They have a drive thru and a walk up window. There is an app that you download to earn reward points on purchases. We always enjoy what we get here. Our favorite treat here is the Turtle Sundae. They LOAD it with lots of toasted pecans.

I paid $26 for a bunch of sorrys and excuses. Only one (of my three items) was even close to correct My family has always loved Andy’s- I don’t know what changed. The whole vibe is different and there was NO customer satisfaction attempted, just shrugs and more “because”. Just saddening!

Absolutely amazing!! The James Brownie Funky Jackhammer was insane good! First impression couldn’t have been better and the entire staff was energetic and eager to serve! To the associate that was taking orders in the rain with a smile, hats off!! Keep up the great work!

Rude customer service. This is not the usual, to make it clear. We waited for about 30 minutes or so. My husband ordered, with a nice young men that took the order on an iPad, a chocolate shake and other things for our family. When we got to the window, the first thing that came out was a vanilla shake with a drop of chocolate syrup. My husband politely mentioned that he ordered chocolate shake. She got upset and explained that it had to be ordered in a different way (chocolate custard shake). My husband politely explained that we didn’t know that, and if it could be remade with the chocolate custard. She got mad and went back with the shake and took quite a few to come back with the chocolate shake. I saw her giving it to another employee to give to us. From a person that works with the public and see all type of personalities. If a customer is being polite and nice, be nice back. You will make a better impression and build community.

Great custard. I love getting the chocolate malt shakes. I ordered one tonight with banana but I still had the other half of banana not blended in my cup. Maybe it was just an off night. The shake was still good and my pup was happy with his little cone. We will be back but please blend the shakes thoroughly
