Beautiful space on Clematis. Visit it periodically and always great food and environment! Had lunch today and had another good experience at the bar. My only suggestion is to get the bartender some help during the day. She was polite and efficient but mia most of the time waiting on tables. Generally service is outstanding so maybe they had someone call out.

The food and wine were amazing! Our server Durda aka Georgia was exceptional!!! She suggested great wines and dessert options which were all great. My salmon was delicious and my wife’s beef bourguignon was incredible! The beet salad was absolutely off the chart insane!

A truly french cozy dinning restaurant! Calin, the bartender, was absolutely outstanding. He recommended us the salmon tartar and the mussels which were delicious! He also made the best espresso martini that I ever had and for my spouse he recommended the special mezcal cocktail which was delicious! We will definitely be back with our friends, he literally made our night to be a good start for 2026!

My Server-Bartender duo did a great job. Even if was Christmas Eve night, and i came straight out of work i been accomodate at the bar. Moment i touch the bar i got glass of water, small chat to me and experience started. Great first impression, even i was dining here many times since they have this amazzing Greek manager, and i will be back. Scott and Callin( my Romanian friend) both took care of me. My lamb shank, my Bordeaux everyhting was amazzing. Please come and enjoy Pistache.

Excellent happy hour, great wine selection, only thing that was slightly disappointing were the mussels, not enough garlic. The wait staff is amazing, tip of my cap to Scott and Debbie the bartenders. This is definitely my now go to place in West Palm Beach.

We have been here over a dozen times. The food is always good. The appetizers are all nice but the tuna tartar is the best. The branzino I a go to with how it is prepared. During the slow season they have deals for dinner with a bogo which we appreciate. The valet parking is always convenient and remember to get your ticket stamped before leaving.

Went after an especially cold morning. It was my first time. Decided to try it after receiving recommendations. And it did not disappoint. Not only did it exceed expectations, but it felt comfortable and luxurious. I’ve never had turkey that was so tender, and stuffing so custard like. The butter, which I thought was delicate French butter was actually one they made in house. I usually love to judge a place by how well they make dessert, and the pastry chef outdid themselves with the balance and depth of flavors in the delightful bread pudding. The staff were warm and attentive, and I thought it was priced fairly and I look forward to my next visit.

I was lucky enough to be treated to lunch here and let me tell you, I was blown away! From the texture to the flavor it was perfect. The chefs put their soul in it! And the ladies who treated me said it tastes exactly like the food in France. I’m more than happy that my first time trying French cooking is from a restaurant that brought a little bit of France here to West Palm. Can’t wait to go again.

I had a wonderful dinner at Pistache with my girlfriend. We happened to stop by on a whim and were given a lovely table. Our server, Fabrice, was both professional and very kind, and the food was delicious. The owner even came over to greet us, which was a lovely touch. I’ll definitely be returning to this restaurant when I’m back in West Palm Beach
