We really enjoyed our dinner here. I had the Mushroom Truffle Smash burger and my boyfriend had a jalapeño one. He had fries and I ordered the crispy Brussels sprouts. Everything was hot and fresh. The sprouts had a little too much grease but they were still tasty. I look forward to going again.

The food was delicious. This might have been my first time going to a smashburger. The menu items are individually ordered, meaning you have to order your side and order your drink; front cashier made it seem like we should’ve known that… Food was delicious though. Quiet inside on a Tuesday lunch hour outing. Rosemary fries were delicious as well and highly recommend. Co-worker got 3 chicken strips which were good sized and seemed juicy. 4 healthy brewed drinks available at soda fountain, all of which were delicious.

The smash burgers were very tasty, and the sweet potato fries were crispy and hot. Be sure to order ranch sauce with them!

Waited in line for 20 minutes although we were only the third party in line. We planned to order only four “hand-spun Smashburger milkshakes”. The young man serving us informed us “No, we can’t make milkshakes right now. I have to make scoops”. Being the agreeable folks we are, we said that scoops would be fine. Young man says “Nah, I’m not doing that. I gotta do all dis” [he gestures to all the food sitting out on the counter]. We were told they were not “doing shakes now” because – you guessed it – they’re hand-spun, and no hands were available to do the spinning required of the shakes. Before leaving the restaurant, we thought we’d at least use the restroom. The bathroom had piles of toilet paper in the corner that had poop on them. The piles of the toilet paper were the same height as the toilet bowl. I knew that it was poop on the toilet paper, and not ice cream, because ice cream was not being served this evening. Alas, we can also conclude that no hands were available to service the bathrooms.

Couple of things here. First, the food quality, taste, and service were all really good. The pricing was good too. Given the fact that we are in season, it’s understandable that the line was quite long and steady. They were out of shakes and a lot of the condiments and straws and things needed replenishing. It seemed everyone was on the ball though which was kind of weird. Maybe they were caught off guard or a truckload off supplies was late. Still a nice place and a great burger!

The young lady taking orders was amazing however the young man handing out orders wheather it was for dine in or take out was rude people would thank him and he would just walk off no your welcome no have a nice day his pants hanging halfway down his butt hair not combed just looks like he hates his job we eat here often and have never felt so uncomfortable with the service

Clean place. Great service. The burgers are uniquely delicious. Great sides options. I had fried brussels (yum!), & my husband had the garlic tots (also crispy & delicious). If you’re in the mood for a great burger, this is the place!

The service was terrible. I ordered some shakes and the guy told me that I couldn’t get them because he was too busy to go get the ice cream and bring it out front.. it wasn’t that busy, there were only three tables that were occupied.. I had to go back to the counter part way through my meal to order the shakes and the girl that was there at that point acted like she was stoned because she looked straight at me and wouldn’t reply.. about 10 minutes later I went back up to the counter and saw my shakes sitting on the back counter and had to ask for them. They were melted by the time I got them.. there were people behind the counter that weren’t in uniform and they were talking to the employees as if they were friends and not working.. I really wish I would have gone to the Mexican food place next door. I might have gotten better service.
