Positive: We actually received the number of items that we ordered.
Negative: Our order included 2 SAUSAGE, EGG, AND CHEESE McGriddles. However, we received one with no egg, no cheese. We received the other with no cheese.
It’s bad enough that I have to take nearly everything out of the bag to verify that our order has the number of items ordered. But apparently, now we have to unwrap all sandwiches in order to verify that everything is on said sandwiches, then re-wrap and bag everything before leaving with our order?!
I had to take a break eating and delivering there in 2023 and recently started going back. But same staff, same issues.
The worst is the unkempt man manager with a man bun. He seems intoxicated and is always on duty when something happens. Ever since 2023 he’s been an issue with a few times his crew also seeming stoned.
Regardless of manager on shift-
Regularly mark orders as finished when they’re not, lying to the delivery app to hide their bad wait times. Just today 1/11 the unkempt manager marked the order finished twice when it wasn’t without communicating with me (lobby was empty).
Customers are actively ignored for minutes at a time even though they’re the only ones who unlock the bathroom or can take cash. This is especially frustrating when there’s a mistake on your order which they don’t apologize or thank except for a few girls working the counter.
Regularly watch them do dozens of drive thru orders before a single delivery, even if the lobby is empty but me.
Other managers regularly ignore English speaking drivers but have close relationships with Spanish speaking.
Just this week in 2026 this all happened again. But also I had to call out the skinny blonde kid for lying to the store director about helping me. He never does help so I spoke up and now he holds a grudge.
The same blonde kid kept me waiting one day 20 mins past pickup time not communicating, when he finally did he told me they didn’t have enough food and focused on other orders instead. The cook just laughing like not her problem. It took a half hour to pick up (not the only time) while cars flood through the drive thru.
Minus 5 stars for consistency.
This location is the reason I’m glad Door Dash now allows you to block receiving deliveries from restaurants.
Update… We were in a hurry and tried this McDonald’s again… Big mistake. Sandwiches were not made to order. Drink area still a mess. My chicken sandwich didn’t even have a bottom bun. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.
Update 2… 12/29/2025… My kids talked me into it… We tried this crap show again. Placed the order on the app. Over 40 minutes later we finally got some food… The parts of the order we received were made wrong. Had to go back and get the rest of the order. The staff was rude and treated the customers like crap. There was a huge group of people in the lobby all waiting for food. Yet almost nothing was coming out of the kitchen. They need to get their act together. Don’t bother going here.
What impressed me the most was how clean and well-maintained the store was. Despite being a busy location, the floors were spotless, the tables were wiped down regularly, and the bathrooms were immaculate. It’s clear that the management team takes pride in keeping the restaurant clean and presentable.
Overall, my experience at this McDonald’s was fantastic. The customer service was top-notch, and the cleanliness of the store exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal. Keep up the great work, McDonald’s
I decided to go inside and ask about my order, and since I had my kids with me, it was more worth it to just eat inside than take it home. When I got to the counter, all the employees were in the back and by the drive-thru. Around 3 or 4 of them glanced at me and went back to what they were doing, not saying anything to me or anyone else. After a few minutes, a cashier finally came to the front to ask what I needed. I said I had been waiting in stall #1 for 20 minutes and she had no idea what I was talking about. She had to talk to multiple different people while showing them my receipt before locating my order. She apologized for the wait and gave me my food.
My kids wanted to play in the play place (of course) so we sat at the last, dirty table available in that area. There were many adults and 4 or 5 kids who were taking up all the other tables. They let their kids run wild, literally screaming at the top of their lungs. I tried to grit my teeth and bear it as long as I could. My son eventually had one of their kids stand right next to him and scream and my son covered his ears and looked helplessly at me and finally one of the parents said something. That was the only time though. No employees came anywhere near the play place to clean or ask the people to be quieter. We weren’t there for more than 10 minutes before I couldn’t take it anymore.
You might think I’m just being grouchy, but I have kids and I know they just scream sometimes. This was more than that as the adults were not paying attention to the children and letting them all just scream. If they’re going to scream, take them to a park.
On top of all of that, the snack wrap was gross as the chicken finger inside tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer all day.
When we came back around a second time, the manager acted completely oblivious and offered no accountability or real fix. It’s not about the onions at this point — it’s about attention to detail and basic customer service. Really disappointing experience for such an easy request. No name tags, no gloves, no onions. Third time is a charm ig.
