Stopped at Panera Bread on my drive to the West Coast after about 11 hours on the road, and this visit was such a blessing! The place was beautiful, the food fresh and delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. Monse really went above and beyond—she was kind, accommodating, and made the wait for my order such a pleasant experience.
I tried the limited chicken ciabatta sandwich, which was amazing, and of course my favorite tuna sandwich, which never disappoints. After such a long drive, this stop was exactly what I needed. Grateful for the little things—thank you, Panera and Monse, for making my day brighter!

Nothing was made fresh. The soup tasted like it was made from concentrate. You could tell the bread had included bromates and other dough conditioners. Sandwich was dryish. Portion to price is way off. This location has not been remodeled since the buyout of the previous tenate in the 2000’s. Very average taste profile and atmosphere. I wouldn’t care if the price was reasonable. I could go somewhere and be served for the same or less. The team assembled the food well and they were friendly enough. The restaurant is also clean.

I ordered online a large family meal, and wasn’t able to modify the sandwiches i wanted online, so i called ahead and asked my modifications and they accommodated those so nicely! when i went to pick it up i checked my bag and the sandwiches didn’t have the modifications on them, as i walked back inside a worker caught me outside and let me know they already had them made for me and accompanied me inside, they were so nice and quick about it which i really appreciated! also taking the extra step to come out and catch me before i left i really appreciate! great customer service and made my day as someone who also works in food service! i love to see another with a positive attitude! and the food looks great!

I just went to panera today to buy s Avocado melt, and I had a bad experience! The avocado inside my sandwich was rotting and nasty. The sad thing is I hope I don’t get sick because I ate half of it. I will not recommend this location at all it is nasty! Seeing other reviews here, this place is the worst. I’ve been in other locations way better then this one.

My roommate and I eat here almost every day, this location is cleaner than the rest I’ve been to!
The employees are super kind and happy to be working there. I always see them hustling in the back and making sure everything is functioning appropriately!
I hope they continue to be in business and keep the management they currently have because it works!

I ordered delivery from this location. I ordered the Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt and Agave Lemonade. The melt came with Kettle-Cooked Potato Chips. I gave three stars because the melt was not made to look like the advertisement and it had very little ingredients. I was eating more bread than pepperoni and mozzarella. The melt was disappointing and I will not order again. The advertisement is very deceiving because what you see is not what you get. See my pictures and video. I do not recommend ordering the Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt. However, the Agave Lemonade was wonderful. It just had too much ice. The Kettle Chips were delicious and healthy, not loaded in fat and salt. I do recommend the Agave Lemonade and Kettle Chips.

I purchased the group soup for $24.38, and in my opinion it was a complete rip-off. It barely serves two people and honestly looks no different than ordering two of their $9 individual servings.

So my wife and I went to Panera’s on 1/9/24, she ordered the Frantega Chicken sandwich, and I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Flatbread w/ soup and salad. The food was really good, service was quick, but the one negative comment I must say , is that the dining area was dirty, other customers leave their dishes on the tables and walk out. Not sure why people don’t just put their dishes when they need to be.

For $20 it definitely was far from worth the cost. The food wasn’t anything special. Chicken noodle soup was mostly broth and noodles with a faint taste of chicken. My sandwich was mediocre and service was a zero because you have to order from a tablet and the workers here are just to work and not serve the customers. I will not come to any Panera again anywhere.

Is Panera considered a fast food joint now? Because it should. The whole restaurant floor is absolutely dirty. Food was microwave warm. Portion sizes are ridiculous. Basically all bread. Silverware was dirty we used plastic spoons. Employees looked careless and the quality of this place shows it. The bathrooms were so disgusting. I will NEVER in my life come here again.
