I seen rats running around in the drive through and when I got my McGriddles they had no sausage patty in it. A McGriddle is literally only 2 Pancake buns and the Sausage patty how do you mess that up

I had an order there today. I have to give props to the young lady behind the register. Young black lady with a ponytail, very pretty. I even complimented her on her energy. I felt the pressure but she made it seem effortless. People complained about the timing of food and missing items. The manager was also very nice and explanatory. I just sat and observed the great service I witnessed. I had to tell the young lady what an excellent job she was doing. It really made me not mind the wait. Fast food service is not an easy industry to work in and especially that area. Hats off to the crew who held it down today.

This is a good spot, but whoever is managing this store location needs to stop being profit greedy and start hiring more people to staff. Having what looks like 3 people work while drive thru is busy and front counter has 7 individual customers backed up just to order is terrible management skills.

Management is a joke, they were complicit with letting a woman harass a group of middle/high school aged boys, she even left her own table to sit next to one of the boys. An employee, possibly manager, told a couple that were defending the boys to leave, same employee/manager specifically said “it didn’t matter” that the woman was harassing the boys, it’s a “family” restaurant & the couple needs to leave. If they condone adults harassing children, that is truly disappointing.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever! I moved to this area a year ago and before that I used to go to McDonald’s after work or DoorDash. Now I can say if eating here was my first time eating McDonald’s I would never eat it again! The food is horrible the service is terrible. The buns always taste old and stale and when I doordash the order is always always incorrect. Fries are cold etc. I love the McRib but it tastes so rubbery at this location like it was made a week ago! why is it in my experience that just just McDonald’s is so horrible? Maybe they need to change or micro manage the workers, inspect they food regularly I don’t know but I hate that I cannot change the location on DoorDash like I can with some other restaurants so I don’t DoorDash McDonald’s anymore because it will come from here, and if I do want McDonald’s I’d drive out of my way to go to a different location

Hands down one of the absolute worst McDonald’s to go to in the area I usually go to any other one but this one is super close to my house. I always forget hor horrible it is the fries are always stale the drive through line is always super long. Dine in they make you go through the self order and if you dont know how to use it they just let you wait there for upwards of 15 minutes if your in the mood for McDonald’s whatever you do avoid this one if you can absolutely horrendous. They seem understaffed but I dont even care just going to go to the one down the street highly suggest anyone reading this to do the same save your time and peace of mind.

I’ve never had an issue with this McDonald’s. Patronize this location often. The staff is pretty nice the food is always fresh. Most often I ordered through the app and when I get to the location the food’s ready.

I ordered breakfast on the mobile app and it doesn’t even say that it is closed it says it is open, i ordered on the app and for pick up snd it acted as like my ordered was being made and i made. i lost my money and 1500 points and no one is picking up the phone. Fix this immediately.

Was a little hungry while charging the Tesla…. if you dine in store or order drive thru there no problems. You are penalized for ordering thru the app. I waited 25 mins for an order meanwhile someone waltzed right in and got their burger and drink in less than a minute.
