I stop by the Taco Bell near Tinker Air Force Base pretty often, and it’s always a great experience. The staff here are consistently friendly, upbeat, and quick to take care of you, even when the drive-thru line is long. The food always tastes fresh and made right — I’ve never had a messed-up order, which says a lot for how busy this location can get. The tacos and Crunchwraps are always warm, and everything comes out fast. You can tell the employees take pride in their work and in giving good customer service. The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, both inside and outside, which makes it a nice spot to grab lunch or a late-night bite. Overall, this Taco Bell stands out from others in the area — friendly people, consistent quality, and quick service every time. Definitely one of the better Taco Bells around.

Best service I’ve gotten from them was tonight!!(2/28/26) no line and both the gentleman that took my order and the lady at the window were very nice they seemed like they enjoy being there. Good food, good customer service!! And then I thought they forgot one of my chalupas, silly me, so I called to let them know…. He said ummm hold on…. Came back and asked “have you taken them out of the wrapping? Because they come as 2 wrapped together”!! ♀️ ohmg no my bad… the fella on the phone was super nice even though I was wrong… way to go Taco Bell, you surpassed the quality of customer service I was expecting.

I come almost every single day. Not only for the food but for the people!! they know my order for both lunch and breakfast! Totally treat me like family and are super personable! Ria is my absolute fave. She’s always smiling, super enthusiastic, great at her job. Girl deserves a raise!

If I could give this store and company 0 star over all I would . The management is no help and has no idea what going on at this location. It’s very sad and disappointing . The GM sleeps in the lobby and they have mold in their kitchen . DO NOT EAT HERE

Employees didn’t get my order right. They were moving cars forward to decrease there wait times while stacking us up. For absolutely NO reason. And walked my order out without any chance to check anything and literally got it wrong. Its two things in a bag. How difficult is that. This a pure fail on this entire organizations fault. I hate this place. Always have and when I need something to eat late this was my option and guess what they 100% failed AGAIN. Its everytime I go here its SOMETHING. You’re making tacos for a billion dollar profit. How freakin hard can it really be………

If I could put zero stars, i would. I ordered my pregnant wife a cheese quesadilla and nachos. The quesadilla tasted like it had been sitting on the counter all day it was burnt, not even hot and tasted like straight trash from the dump. The nachos i had them separate all the items that came on the nachos, and the portion sizes were enough to feed a bird. There wasn’t even a quarter amount of cheese for the nachos, and the EXTRA cheese I ordered there was what looked like black mold in it and had to throw it away. Then the guy on the speaker did not what so ever have good communication skills and was very rude and disrespectful and decided that it was okay to yell at me in the window! But after all that, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in the line even though they were super slow. I would not recommend eating here ever, and I sure won’t be spending anymore of my money at this unforeseen establishment.

First and foremost, ALWAYS check your order and items before leaving. I hate to encourage that, but it will help anyones frustration when you see the photos I posted!! Also, if anything is messed up, be sure to keep your receipt cause you won’t get any customer service without it. Luckily, I kept my receipt and went and spoke with a manager about my experience she apologized and gave me a refund, which is much appreciated. But at the end of the day, lets do our job the right way. And we wouldmt be in this situation! I also get mistakes happen. But we can all do a little better for the world we live in. God bless

The lady making orders in the back was talking bad about customers after we asked how much longer our order would be after waiting 20 minutes for just a few tacos. The younger guy at the front was very helpful but the lady in the back was very rude and unhelpful. Then when I received my order it was wrong and she said she wasn’t going to fix it I just had to order again.

This Taco Bell is SO slow. I ordered 4 items- a taco, cheesy Gordita crunch, a beefy crunch burrito, and a Dr.Pepper. I ordered my meal with no lettuce and still received lettuce on my items. Not only did they get it wrong, it also included a hair(see photo). Disgusting!!! Also, the Dr.pepper is going out so even then drink is gross. I asked for mild sauce and wasn’t given that either. Taco Bell was my first job, it is not a hard job at all, read the screen and make the food!! I will not be back to this location.
