Ordered on the app and parked in one of the stalls when it was supposed to be ready. There were six different cars that went through the drive thru AFTER I got there and every single one of them got helped before I did. Two different cars at stalls also got helped before me despite them also getting there after me. I waited at the stall for twenty minutes on an order that should have been ready when I got there. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if you guys aren’t even going to do it in time?

The Sonic in edgewood is consistently horrible. The wait time is never less than 15 minutes even just for drinks. The food is good but orders are wrong or missing items about half the time. Not worth it if other burger places are open in the area.

I have tried 3 times the sonic in Edgewood! I got a burger and onion rings extra crispy. I got a bag of 3 onion rings dipped in extra grease. I asked them to redo the onion rings. I got 5 onion rings extra raw! So third time is not the charm. What a waste of time and money. The burger was cold and horrible

Two burgers took over ten minutes to get with no one in the drive-thru and all but five stalls were filled. On burger was medium-rare…from a fast food joint?! That’s a hard pass. AND they didn’t even have Sonic ice! The cashier was really sweet though.

the workers had some of the worst attitude i’ve ever seen, shakes were melted we waited 30 minutes for 8 drinks plus it was on a mobile order and they refused to give a cash refund. the manager doesn’t know her own boss, none of the employees know who owns the store. the manager was 100% pilled out or geeked off something very unprofessional

I don’t know how old the employees are here at the sonic in Edgewood NM but this is twice now that this sonic has done so HORRIBLE that I’m literally angry. They must be teens with no supervision. Take some damn pride in your job. It looks like someone took a bite out of the party as well. My onion rings are cold. I have no toppings on my burger that are supposed to be there. Heck it’s even missing a whole patty. I will never give my money to the SONIC in Edgewood NM ever again. I’d rather go to Wack Arnold’s before coming here. Don’t waste your time or Money.

The slowest Sonic I’ve ever been to!!! I’m usually a multiple times a week Sonic customer but sadly this is the closest location in the area. I’ve never left this location in under TWENTY MINUTES, not once! The fact I’ve returned at all says more about my love for Sonic’s drinks than the service at this location.
I will say the staff is always kind when they bring out the orders. Which says a lot about their character because I know there are other frustrated customers who are probably pretty rude. The staff just seems young and way understaffed.

We were super excited to share the Sonic experience with our kids during our road trip. We pulled up to a stall looked over the menu then pushed the call button. 5 minutes went by and there was no response so we pushed it again. We waited another 5 minutes and again, no response. We decided to go through the drive through thinking “maybe that speaker was broken”. We ordered our food and pulled up to the window. Please note we were the only car in the lot when we submitted our order. We sat at the window for at LEAST 10 minutes. Still excited to enjoy our food, we went to the picnic tables. We took all the food out and they made both burgers wrong. One was a kids meal (cheese burger only ketchup) and the other was a jr burger (no mustard add onion). Both burgers had pickles and one had mustard. Since my child’s sandwich had mustard she wouldn’t eat it and I gave her mine. I then felt how HARD the bun was for the kids meal burger. My husband ordered chicken tenders and they were super old and dry. Originally, we were going to go back and get ice cream but our experience was so terrible that we ate what we had and left super disappointed. This was on 8/31 around 11am.

Has to be the worst shake ever! Got two cheesecake master shakes and both had an extremely rotten sour tasting to them, some sour is okay but this was beyond bad!!!!!
