On January 1st, R&R offered free delivery—and who are we to argue with that? Naturally, we ordered a late lunch/early dinner through the app: a brisket salad with barbecue ranch, the Caveman, and an order of fried pickles.
Our food arrived surprisingly fast, especially considering the distance from the restaurant. There were a couple of hiccups with the order—the salad came with the wrong dressing (no big deal), and the Caveman arrived… without the patty. A bold interpretation, but not quite what we had in mind.
R&R texted us shortly after asking for feedback, and when I mentioned the missing patty, they responded quickly and made it right by crediting us for the burger. The only downside is that we have 14 days to use the credit—but honestly, that just gives us an excuse to go back soon.
Even with the mix-up, the food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. We’ll definitely continue ordering from R&R.

The food was a little cold. Luke warm for as fast as we got it. But other than that. We cleared our plates. It was delicious. We are out of town traveling and love BBQ and googled this place. We would definitely try it again.

The service, the red cream soda and the pre-packaged rolls were good. The food however, was awful and when delivered to the table, was luke warm and that’s even an understatement. My boyfriend got the brisket nachos and the brisket was raw as shown in the comparison photos. I do not recommend this location and I certainly will not be coming back.

We are FIRST TIMERS to R&R. The food was absolutely bomb. The girl who took our order was smiling, happy and very polite! She was a rockstar! They were out of regular cups for the soda and they gave out free kids cups to every customer—how nice is that? We will be back! Thanks so much!

Delicious food and decent portions. I had the 3 meat (ribs, pulled pork, and brisket). All three were moist and packed with flavor. Also, I found my new sauce… “Less Sweet, More Heat”. Very tasty. The service was quick and very friendly. By the way, I was so full that I ended taking half of my dinner home. Maybe the two meat next time? I just wanted to sample it all! I definitely will be back again!

I’ve known the owner of R&R for many years and has always had great food. Today I had a pulled pork sandwich, half rack plate and Mac & cheese. Everything tasted incredible and was made in a very timely manner. Plenty of seating, very well thought out design and very vibrant. The only thing that I would prefer is more comfortable seats. The benches are made of wood and chairs are made of metal. Besides that I would 10/10 recommend this place as they have incredible food!

Literally every time we try to order from this location they are out of a main protein item!! It’s 6:30pm on a Tuesday evening and they are out of brisket?!?! Last time it was sausage!! If you’re in the meat business then have the product to sell… we will be finding a new place moving forward

Absolutely delicious! While they have gluten free items, you have to go online to the website or ask the employees about what is and is not gluten free. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. The service was really fast. We split a two meat platter had the pulled pork and sliced beef brisket with coleslaw and potato salad (all gluten free). Since it was an allergy they let us get an extra side instead of a roll or hush puppies (not gluten free). The pork was our favorite. Since we didn’t get fries, I didn’t ask if they have a separate fryer for battered items versus fries. We will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend going!
They had lots of indoor seating with several two seater, four seater, and six seater tables as well as some tables with more than six seats that were at bar height. There are a few TVs with sports on, but not tons, and it wasn’t too loud in the restaurant to hold a conversation. (We were there for lunch.)

I like the food here. But this place is filthy. This table I sat at literally has grime on it that someone scraped away to say “wash me”. The pony wall next to the tables is covered in dust and cobwebs. This place needs to be actually cleaned – not just wiped down
