Visited New Year’s Day! We had the best server this time. CJ was very attentive, high energy, actively paying attention to all of his tables. It’s hard to find people so genuinely motivated at work (or at least REALLY good at faking it) especially on a holiday!! I truly hope this location sees this energy and encourages other employees to match this as they hire in. 10/10 would recommend!

We went on a Saturday night and it was slammed. My husband wanted a pork chop and couldn’t even get what he wanted. Coffee was good. Service was okay. Maybe we’ll try it again when they’re not super busy.

I have never been to a restaurant before where an employee talks so loud and runs their mouth as this one employee did. She made sure everyone in restaurant heard her personal stories in a way that made you feel uncomfortable. The food was ok…Our server was ok. But this one employee had to have everyone’s attention in the place when she was talking.
I came to eat breakfast not to hear an episode of Jerry Springer..
If this loud, obnoxious employee would have STFU it would have been a much better experience.

The service was great. Greeted with a smile and fast service after ordering the food. My girlfriend got really sick after ordering the chicken melt sandwich. She said the chicken tasted off and my food was decent but not great at all. We have both decided to never stop in again and eat. So many more options for food in the area

Great waitress. The food was ok. I loved my waffles but our eggs were too soft it was like chewing gerber baby food. I think the place could use a good cleanup. The dividing glass between each table were filthy and the windows were too. We love Waffle House but put some elbow grease to the place… respectfully

Rosie was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful. It seemed like she was new, but she was doing the best she could and I definitely appreciate her amazing attitude. The cook, April, I believe that was her name was extremely rude and ugly towards Rosie. The cook was making loud comments for the entire restaurant to hear. This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. She put Rosie down multiple times. Even with all this, I watched Rosie handle all the customers with a smile on her face. The manager was just letting all this happen as well. I can’t believe this is the way new staff is treated. No wonder you can’t keep people.

These are the beautiful people who make a difference in my Pop’s life. They always recognize him when he comes in, makes sure his order is perfect, and hugs his neck to make him feel at home. Pop has Alzheimer’s but he remembers this place because they make it feel like home to him! Thank you all! We love you! There are some missing from our photos but never our hearts!

There is definitely a reason the average is high at this location. Growing up in Georgia and Alabama I would have to say this is the best Waffle House I’ve been to when it comes to service and quality of food. Aug 7th 2025 at 9:30pm Sarah and the gentleman that cooks all the food did a fantastic job. Very hospitable people. Represents Alabama and the Waffle House chain well. The cook made the steak a true medium rare. At other locations I always end up getting a medium well to well done but this spot got it on the dot. I will be back again.

Where do I start the coffee was old my bacon was burnt on one side raw on the other toast was cold waitress never checked on us she was too busy looking for her phone and some gentleman at the bar the cook was more interested in the sitting in the booth the waffle was good my hashbrowns would have been good if I wouldn’t have had to wait 20 min to get what I wanted I wanted for them.

Absolutely awful place to eat at the late shift. We arrived at 9:05 pm and our drink order was never taken after we walked out at 9:25.
This place has AWFUL workers that work the night shift. They should be fired immediately.
Great place to eat during the day but absolutely atrocious place to eat at night.
Avoid at all cost for the night shift, these people are incompetent.
