Went to get food at midnight, it seemed like there was only 2 maybe 3 workers there but let me tell you, the person in drive thru was so kind! The fries were so fresh they were still glistening with oil from the fryer! Order was perfect!!

Took them 2 times to get my food right. First a 20 piece is 20 not 10. Went back after getting half way home. I got a fry when I went back. So I could have hot fries to eat. They where soggy under cooked. So I went back again for fresh fully cooked fries. They pulled the fries a good minute early. I managed MCDS for years. Plus the fries where white and not golden brown. The way they are to be. Look it up in the MCDS books. When I went to eat my burger…. no setup doesn’t mean setup and nothing else on it. I gave it to my dog and she still wouldn’t eat it.

My fiance and I come here and pick up food during the evenings for the kids and us. MULTIPLE TIMES have the night crew messed up or forgotten items on our order. Do better. This is only on night crew!!

The dine in experience is absolutely atrocious. We ordered a happy meal, 3 regular patties, a McChicken, and a 4 piece nugget all with drinks. Well I didnt get the 4 piece and had to go up and tell them I didnt get it. The drinks were all watered down and nasty, and they dont give you straws, you have to ask for them. Literally every mcdonalds ever has them out in the open. The staff deemed indifferent to it all. Didnt feel like they really cared. Take the drive and go to El dorado mcdonalds. Way better food and better service. Stay away from this one

It was nicely decorated for Christmas and the restroom was clean. Very busy inside so I decided to go through the drive-thru, which was just as busy really. My food was very hot and fresh and quickly served. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s.

Do these people not know how to pack the bags right? all my food was upside down, fries upside down and sauce all in my bag. also the staff is mean. Eldorado is the only place not one worker is rude to me or packs my stuff badly. even andover and wichita are worse. I wish they allowed us to give 0 stars. pathetic

Stopped in after spending a lot of time outside on a hot day. The lady noticed my kids looked hot and tired. Brought us our food and ice cream super fast. Plus she brought them each a happy meal toy. Place seemed clean and food was good. Thanks!

I felt so invited when I walked in, I honestly felt like I worked there how well I was greeted by the Hispanic guy at the front counter. I thought since my McFlurry was so complicated(Extra Oreo and hot fudge mixed in there, with whipped cream and some crushed Oreo on top.) that I would get an eye roll but instead I was met with understanding. It came out fast and it was fully mixed together.

I feel like it’s 50/50 chance that they’ll get your order right. I place my order on the app 99% of the time so that I don’t have to wait at the speaker and relay any customizations or extra sauces to whoever is taking orders – just makes it easier for everyone. They still mess it up and don’t put sauces in the bag, or they give me a regular soda when I asked for diet (which btw is not cool for diabetic people). If you’re going to charge me for sauces.. you should be putting them in the bag! It can’t be that hard. Sometimes the breakfast sandwiches are oddly wet for some reason and I end up tossing them out and wasting money.

Gave us no sauce for the chicken nuggets kids meal and charged us for “extra” sauce. They also upcharged us on the kids meal without us knowing.
