Ordered two pizzas this evening. Asked for extra sauce because their pizza is usually really dry and this is what I got. Its like they gave me even less sauce than usual. Pizza is supposed to have sauce. They are serving cheese bread. This isn’t pizza.

I ordered a small tavern style sausage /cheese pizza. This pizza was subpar and I was extremely dissatisfied. The pizza was dry, tasteless and the crust was hard. The pizza hardly contained any sausage. I wasted my money.

Ordered a pizza at 11:30 was told it would be an hour and a half. Cool I get it, its new years eve. 2 hours go by. No pizza. Call back and after being told to hold five times they said the pizza was out for delivery. I even offered to come pick it up instead of delivery. But it was out for delivery so how long could it be? Called back because after 2 and half hours and still no pizza we got a manager for either refund or a comp. Manager tried to gaslight us into saying it was always a 2 hour wait, but he could do a 10 dollar credit. Before I could respond he hung up. Still no pizza. Just do Fox’s instead.
Edit 1 of i assume a few: It has been 3 hours. Called back under a different number and the man on the phone said wait time was an hour and a half. We have been charged but no food for 3 hours is ridiculous. Will probably have to do a charge back on the card.
Update 2: After 3.5 hours. The pizza arrived. Cold. Don’t eat here. There’s better options around.
Update 3: Giordanos requested I reach out directly. However when I did they never responded. It’s just a facade of caring to do damage control for terrible service.

Ordered pizza for my parents at 5 pm, the pizza didn’t get there until 8:30pm. Tried calling after realizing it was taking so long but no answer. They’d pick up the phone and hang it back up. On one occasion they picked up the phone and finally I got communication but as soon as I finished explaining what was happing they didn’t say anything back and just hung up the phone. Mind you they give you an estimate of how long it’ll be, which was 1 hour and a half which we were okay of. NOT 3 HOURS. We ended up telling the driver to cancel it when he got there.

My daughter is having a sleepover so I ordered a large pizza with half sausage and half pepperoni, and had someone pick it up before coming to my home. When serving the kids, I noticed I was given a pizza that had both sausage and pepperoni on one side and cheese on the other side. I immediately called and asked to speak with a manager and Jesus, the manager, offered me a $20 credit. I asked that he just offer me the pizza I originally ordered and he told me he couldn’t do that unless I gave him the pizza they sent me. I told him he could pick it up when they deliver the pizza I originally ordered. I was told he didn’t have any drivers and he couldn’t send anyone, but he would be happy to provide a $20 credit. I paid almost $40 to receive something I didn’t order.

Good customer service just doesn’t exist anymore we sat here for at least 30 min after putting our order in when the power went out granted I’m aware that’s it not their fault however it was still an inconvenience. My daughter asked if we could just get the pizza boxed up to finish cooking at home she says it’s half done (wasn’t the question but ok) . After over hearing the waitress saying why would you ask to get food we can’t charge you for to another employee I was completely annoyed!! Hangry at this point!! I’ve worked in retail /food service in the past for years I would pride myself on great service so I expect great service when patronizing all establishments and that wasn’t it. We should’ve at least received one of the 2 pizzas we ordered done or not!!

I called at 4:55 p.m. to order 2 thin crusts pizzas for pickup. I was told they would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived 65 minutes later and was told I still have to wait another 20 minutes. The service is absolutely terrible. I’m still waiting as I write this.

First, the hours might say it opens at 11 but they aren’t actually ready for customers till about 12.
Wouldn’t recommend the garlic bread, even being the first customers won’t get you hot bread.
The regular thin crust is great. A warning for non garlic lovers though, the toasted garlic goes under the cheese and they put quite a bit on. Also, “toasted” garlic is garlic straight out of a minced garlic jar and directly on the sauce. There is no toasting or color change on the garlic whatsoever.6/10

First time at this location. Luckily, it wasn’t too crowded for lunchtime and were able to get a good parking spot in the small shared lot. Service was good, and the food was fresh and made correctly. Would recommend.
