I stopped by the Zaxby’s in Greenacres and ordered the 8 piece boneless wings dipped in teriyaki. Everything hit the spot. The wings were hot, flavorful, and cooked just right, and the staff was friendly throughout my visit. The restaurant looked well kept and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be back.

Worst service ever, the hispanic girl with black hair at the cashier on 02/23 at 12:30pm was disrespectful, rude, and lacking good service. We waited over 40 minutes for a food order to dine in and never ONCE got called (we were waiting inside the empty store the whole time). After we went to go see if our food was almost ready the girl had attitude, cursed us out and lied saying they’ve been calling us for 1 hour when there was nobody else in the store, we kept waiting to be called. After the tantrum she had she then proceeded to pack our stuff in a to go bag when we had said we wanted to dine in and she said “well too bad your going to take it to go now” (while cursing us out at the same time) . This is unprofessional, lacking customer service and quite frankly cussing out customers just because you aren’t having a good day isn’t the best look for a company. Our experience was very poor due to this woman who lacks professionalism, honesty and basic human decency. The two gentlemen who were also working there helped us out and were very kind we’re glad at least this location has some sort of good employees.

I frequent this location for lunch. Actually I am here now. Literally everytime I come, the Minute Maid Zero products are “unavailable” from the self-serve drink machine. So I have to go to the counter to have an associate refill my drink. I’ve reported this to an associate multiple times and it still has not been resolved.

There are 2 very disrespectful, nasty, rude young girls working at this location. I think one of there names is Alieci she has long nails. These employees do not wear name tags and if u ask them their names, when there is a problem they ignore you. If you try to complain the owner ignores you! The owner does not care about his customers and hires aggressive young kids that have no courtesy what so ever! I was in the bathroom with one of the drive thru rude workers and she DID NOT wash her hands after she used the bathroom! This zaxbys is an unsanitary, unclean place to buy food and the owner doesn’t do anything to correct his workers!

The experience I received last night is almost hard to rate. I arrived at 8:20pm to place an order inside. My first impression began with the poorly lit parking lot that seems almost unsafe to get out of the car. However the most disappointing part was the lack of customer service from Brianna at the front counter. There was no greeting, no smile or any attempt to provide a good experience. I asked for the order to be cooked fresh but what I received was pre-cooked food that she explained had been “dropped again” when I placed the order. The overall demeanor I received from her was a lack of care and concern for the customer. This is the very reason why I didn’t request to have my order prepared again as I ordered. I don’t know if these reviews are read by the corporate office or a franchise owner but something needs to be done to improve their front line experience and process. Fast food restaurant shouldn’t mean Bad Experience with Bad Food.

Came in near closing time. Seemed to be surprised we would come inside close to 9pm. We were visiting from out of town so didnt have choice to go home. Staff was tolerant but not thrilled we came in. Got food and cleaned up after ourselves so they were not cleaning behind us. Had the Cob salad. Was good. Soda machine was disassembled for cleaning. Refills given behind counter.

I visited the restaurant recently with my son, had never been there before. One of the best things was how easy it was to find a parking spot, this days that is a luxury.
Inside the restaurant is very clean tables were clean and chair were nicely tucked in under the tables.
Our order was taken very fast, not that many people in line and the cashier was very fast taking order. I thought our food was going to take anywhere from 5 to 10 to be ready but it was actually ready even before the 5 min mark, I was totally impressed.
We asked for the Chicken Strips with fries and toast, the chicken was great, pure white mean not greasy as in other places nice flavor, the fries were a complement to the flavor of the chicken. I made the mistake of letting my toast cool down so even when it tasted good being cold didn’t let me enjoy as much as I would have if the toast was hot (obviously my fault). The sauces also enhanced the flavor of the strips I recommend the spicy sauce it just has the right kick in it, no extremely spicy easy to enjoy.
In conclusion great experience, would come back again.

Great service and food, every person working was so welcoming and attentive. It was my first time here and they went over the menu so detailed for me so I could really be set in my choice. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Crazy to think this place has been here for years and I didn’t know and I’m only 10 minutes from it. Will definitely be back

Ordered two 8-piece boneless wings meals and had an excellent experience. The food was great, and the customer service was top notch. James C was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was right, definitely coming back.
