Went to drive thru order a large sonic blast and 2 small blast and as you can see from the photos they didn’t fill them up looks like they half fast it. I asked her I ordered a large and the response I get is “I can’t make a large blast they come in medium and small, I told her you should have said that when I ordered. Worst service and I never go there and this will be the last time. They r there to get a paycheck and don’t care about customers service. WORST PLACE EVER!

They got some new workers and today my drink order was correct for the first time in 3 years, Also the fries were perfect today. I hope they keep it up. The wait time today was reasonable as well. (In the past the wait time was forever long and the fries would be ick, and my drink would be wrong) I even startled my waitress and she remained calm and polite.

We ordered 4 meals and all of the food came out correctly, which is amazing because that does not always happen at Sonic locations. The food was hot and tasted good as well. Our only complaint, which is minimal, is that for several drinks we had to request a cup holder. We enjoyed our cheeseburgers, tater tots, mozzarella sticks, coke, ocean water, corn dogs, and chicken bites. Because everything was accurate and tasted good, we’ll be back!

I’m pretty sure his name was Brady or Brody, but that dude deserves a raise — honestly, he should be the manager. He was kind, professional, and clearly busting his ass. I only ordered a cherry limeade, but he got it out to me fast and with a great attitude. Sonic and the world need more people like him — he genuinely made my day a better one. Don’t listen to the bad reviews — this guy makes up for all of them.

Been here a few times. It’s always been slow but it’s only getting slower. Placed an order for a medium (got a small) tea and a sonic blast which comes with whipped topping (which I didn’t get). Not only these issues, but I placed the order through the app while at my house and got there in 10 minutes and waited another 30. It’s unfortunate I like sonic.

If zero stars was an option, I’d give them -5. The cheap burritos from McDonalds are bigger than the ones they give you for $5. They pay no mind to directions and staff is incredibly rude when asking for condiments. This location used to be great, now I would gladly starve prior to visiting this establishment ever again. Sonic burritos used to be my favorite, but I’ll never give them my money ever again. Spend your money elsewhere folks.

So, Im looking at the menu, and after trying to get other items on the menu that they either are out of or it’s discontinued, I find out it has wrong prices as well. So the frito pie is not 2.99 it’s 3.99. So I asked, ” Oh, that’s interesting because the menu says 2.99, I wonder why.”(in a casual tone). She had the audacity to say,”I dont know, I didn’t make the menu.” LIKE I ALREADY DONT KNOW THAT? Like, really, you’re not the head of marketing , how can this be? I thought CEOS and marketing directors worked directly at the store, I thought they personally hand paint each menu screen .. LIKE DO YOU THINK IM RETARDED??! That stuff erks me to death, How rude. What Im asking is why are we FALSE ADVERTISING WRONG PRICES, WHY ARENT YOU UPDATING YOUR MENU WHEN THINGS LIKE THE PICKLE FRIES become discontinued MONTHS PRIOR??? On top of being out of chicken, chocolate milk , and serving stale frito chips, my sons fries were bbuurrnntt crunchy. Like, I look back and ol’ boy crunching on them like chips. Im 6th generation Texan, and this SONIC IS EMBARRASSING Ain’t no way Yall out here representing like that.
