We had a great experience here. The chicken and beef shawarma were both delicious,
well seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were satisfying. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving good Mediterranean food. We’ll be back!

I love this spot! I get chicken shawarma and Saba fries often and it’s always piping hot when I get it home. The service is spectacular. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel like you’re welcome into their home, not just their restaurant. That always makes the quality of food so much better to me. 10/10 recommend this place for your quick Mediterranean fix.

If you haven’t been here yet – give it a try! You won’t regret it!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We got the chicken gyro salad and the chicken shawarma plate, and both were a 10/10! The chicken was fresh and juicy, the salad was packed with crisp veggies, and the garlic fries were incredible. The portions were huge for the price, too.

Amazing food! Every component was fresh and super flavorful. Falafel was super fresh— crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Loved the dips as well! Baklava was delicious!! Great service!

This gyro place is pretty good. I ordered the Shawarma and Gyro plate shortly after they opened at 11 AM. The service was great, and the food was delicious. However, I noticed a few pieces of meat were very dry. I think this is probably the first slice they make after opening. I’m not sure if there’s a way to fix this. Maybe they could shave off the dry layer in the morning. Other than that, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely come back during lunchtime next time.

Gyro SABABA northgate is the best restaurant to eat if you want real delicious meal. I’ve been coming here for two years now and the people who work at this restaurant are the kindest hardworking people I’ve seen. They always have smile’s on their faces and always make sure you get what you came in for. Also I never leave any leftovers because of how delicious the food is.

Overall, the food was tasty but not the best – especially for the price. There are more flavorful and better priced Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern options available which is why I’m giving them 4 stars.

I had the shawarma platter which was good! Definitely a large portion size. The meats were well seasoned. The hummus was good but was lacking something I can’t quite put my tongue on. The pita did not seem freshly made. The salad was mid. Though the food was good, it felt over priced.

Recommendation: order your food online and pick up or have delivered. Note: Even though I went in person, I had to wait for online orders to be completed first…even after I had already ordered. So I waited 20 minutes for my order and watched them complete a bunch of separate online orders.

I go to this place once in a while when I’m feeling lazy because it close to where I live but never again. I always get the king shawarma wrap. The last time I went the guy told me either not to get extra chicken in the wrap or ask for it on the side, which is what I did today and they shorted me on the chicken in the wrap. My order here never changes and I’ve had the wrap multiple times so I know what it looks like. This time when I pulled it out to check it was half the size it normally is. I go back and ask them why it so small they just replied it’s always that size. I can tell you shorted me on the chicken because I got extra, it’s not rocket science. By the way extra chicken cost $7, which in my opinion is ridiculous for what they gave me. Don’t waste your time or money on them. Go to Gyro Hut they are 3mins farther it’s a bit cheaper and family run, plus they don’t actually short you on the food just because they wanna make more money. DO BETTER GYEO SABABA!!!

Been a few times and can say it’s a go-to now. The falafel is good and the babaganoush they put on it is *chef’s kiss*. I’m vegan so I’ve only had the falafel but others I’ve gone with were also really happy with it.

It’s a small spot, the guys are super friendly. I dined in both times and just watching them interact with people definitely made me like it more. For how much you get, the prices are great.

I keep coming back for the lamb/beef gyro plate. It comes with fries and a soda, the meat is perfectly cooked and the fries are seasoned well. I highly recommend for anyone craving an excellent gyro.
