Good to be back since 2023. We got regular size burger with sweet potato fries. All yummy. We could have done with one order of fries you get so many so we took them home. Fast service cooking it all from scratch. We have eaten here many times since moving to Plano in 1992 but there are a lot of very good burger joints in town over the years. Competitions is good for customers. Some have gone out of business but Country Burger hanging in there since 1973.

Country Burger earns a solid 4 stars from me. It’s basically a bigger, cozier version of Whataburger—the kind of place that gives you that familiar comfort-food feel the second you walk in. The burgers and fries look almost identical to Whataburger’s, but they’ve got their own unique flavor and a little extra heart put into them.
The restaurant itself has a warm, laid-back vibe with plenty of space to sit and relax, making it a great spot for casual lunches or late dinners. Service is usually friendly and quick, and the food always comes out hot and fresh.
The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is that it doesn’t quite stand out flavor-wise—it’s really good, just not groundbreaking. Still, if you like Whataburger, you’ll definitely enjoy Country Burger’s slightly homier take on it.

We ordered a double cheeseburger and a bacon burger. It was really delicious, juicy, and filling. We really liked this place. The prices are about the same as everywhere else. The fries are natural and tasty, and the drinks are standard. We’ll be back. We liked it . Thank you for the delicious food. Well done!

The experience matches the name perfectly. This place feels like a small town diner. The food is great. The staff are friendly and seem to enjoy themselves. The regular burgers are massive. Thankfully, they offer junior sizes. My wife and I enjoy the pulled pork sandwiches.

Country Burger did not disappoint fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor every bite. Food came out hot and exactly how I ordered it. Service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience smooth. I thought I would give them a second chance after a previous bad experience with this place. The food was awful and cold. My burger was so sloppy made that it started falling apart. Call back and spoke with a mgr name Bryce who only apologized didn’t try to make it better and advise he had gotten another complaint about the food. Right now, I have wasted my money again on this place. It’s seems like management has definitely changed and service is not the same. I really don’t think Byrne was a manger because he had not solution for making a bad situation better other then to meet with his crew. Sir… I just spent a little less than $30 with no solution. Lesson learned is all I have to say.
