Usually Bento always has good locations, this one it’s inside the promenade margaritaville area.
We ordered 2 bobas because it’s bogo (as their website) but they told us wasn’t, so I showed the website and they did it, but, didn’t like both flavors, maybe in not an boba person.
We ordered 2 poke (2 proteins) (16.xx) each, plus 5 toppings, wish cream cheese didn’t come in blocks, also could put a bit more of onions and cucumber. One of the pokes was half rice half salad, but almost didn’t have any salad. The fish was good tough.
Also ordered an bento box, chicken was really crispy and juice, salad with ginger sauce was good but the pasta didn’t have any taste at all.
The miso soup was good

Bento has a big variety of different meals to choose from. The sushi is massive! I had the hibachi with chicken and noodles and it was a big portion and delicious. You can customize most dishes. There’s a happy hour 2-5 pm with deals . The kids meals are incredible! Chicken nuggets and fries are next level and you get a stuffed dragon! Such a good deal!

I got 1 egg roll that was alright, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t anything to brag about. It could have been crispier. I also got the sushi combo box. California roll, Spicy Tuna and Rainbow. These are cold sushi rolls but they must have had them on a a warm counter or under a warm light because when I received them they were slightly warm. I wouldn’t think anyone expecting fresh sushi roll warm if your pallet meant to eat something cold. It wasn’t that crowded yet I waited almost 40 minutes. I got it as takeout so that AI could take it outside to the tables by the promenade stage to listen to the music

I liked the convenience of ordering on the screen and just taking a number to sit, but the place itself was a bit dirty. A decent amount of tables and chairs didn’t get wiped down for a while and the floor was a bit messy. (For example, when I walked in about 3-4 tables were messy and didn’t get cleaned until we almost finished eating. It’s a small place so this limited seating even more.) It wasn’t super bad, it might just have been the day/time I went, but it was noticeable for sure. With that being said, I rate it 4 stars because the food came out quickly and the service was good. The food was cooked well (not as flavorful as I expected- but good thing there was soy sauce!) and came out fresh. I likely won’t return but it was an okay experience overall. I’d recommend just taking to-go meals if you do stop by.

Bento is a quick serve Asian inspired restaurant, and they always seem to take longer than expected. We ordered in advance, and the order was late. The service was abrupt, and not focused on any customer service. But the food is consistent and you know what you are getting.

Honestly this is my first time dining in Bento, and i have no complaints. the food was spectacular and good quality for such quick service, and the staff was exceptional. Im not sure the name of the employee I had, my receipt says Kylie. Short blond & brown hair, AMAZING! Bento is lucky to have such great customer service. I will definitely be back soon

The atmosphere here is great! Lots of laughter, smiles and joking amongst the employees; really fun to be around!
Emma was so kind and knowledgeable of the menu offered and was happy to help us at the order kiosk. Such a sweet person and happy to be there.

I am very unsatisfied with the service I continue to receive at this establishment. They have no attention to detail what so ever. Me and my team came here for lunch today and they forgot one of the drinks that we purchased. One of my team members went back because they forgot her coke then to come find out they ALSO forgot to put my sprite in the bag. This is not the first time this happens but it will be the last. We are on a time crunch due to our lunch breaks and cannot go back I want a manager to reach out on regards to this matter and to submit a refund this if freaking ridiculous I let the first one slide but this I will not.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this was unacceptable. Around 9:45 pm, as we were leaving, we tried to throw away a plate and couldn’t find a trash can. When we asked near the register, a young woman with short hair came out from the kitchen yelling at us very rudely and unprofessionally.
The food was okay, but the customer service was awful. Employees should learn how to treat customers with basic respect. Sadly, I won’t be coming back — such a shame for a restaurant in a tourist area.
