Absolutely unbelievable!Went and spent $30 on dinner tonight get home and all I paid or was tortillas. There was barely anything in our tacos burritos and our crunch wraps didn’t have shit in them. Pretty sure they are supposed to have meat and I didn’t ask for the hair. Worst service possible

I ordered 2 grillers and they mess it up. I call in. They would comp me if i give them th manager name, i even repeated the managers name back to them on the phone and they didnt correct me if i was wrong or anything, i go in and say the name. And they say its wrong and now im not getting compensation for what i paid for, that i never received. Customer service everyone. Learn how to do it properly.

I’ve eaten at this Taco Bell made once every other month for the majority of my life. The AI voice taking my order was the end of it. I’m making tacos at home when I feel the desire to eat them. If you patronize companies that use this slop don’t cry when it comes for your job as well.

This taco bell used to be the best around. Seems like everybody but 2 people will either get your order wrong, or take 20 minutes to….assemble it??. The employees were so bad I guess they’re trying a.i. instead, a.i. is also cheeks. Oh and the employees are rude and love clankers more than people.

This isn’t my normal Taco Bell store, but it was far more pleasant than my niles branch. I ordered the cheesy gordita crunch I love it like always but my Beefy melts were changed and I miss them. They replaced them with the double beef burrito and there was no crunch but it was still okay just not the same. Over all a better experience then my own taco bell store

I used to like coming here but today I went in to get a beefy 5-layer burrito that i paid $5 for and this is what I got. When I went up to try to ask it to be remade the manager rudely told me that’s the “standard” of how they should look. I don’t know about you but that is not worth $5 to me there’s literally no beef in the BEEFY five layer. Won’t be going back
