As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Frankly, I NEVER eat at Checkers because I typically avoid fast food, and their food tastes too salty for my liking. However, I made an exception because I wanted to give an honest review on “GloRilla’s $4 Unbeatable Meal Deal.”
There were a couple of sandwiches to choose from, so I chose Glo’s BBQ Jacked Burger. The meal was supposed to come with seasoned fries, a drink and a cinnamon apple pie, but they didn’t include my dessert.
I was slightly annoyed because they brought my did quickly, but then didn’t give it to me while they took other’s order. I could literally get out my car and reach for my food, and each minute it was cooling off. They should have finished off the transaction, especially since I was the only drive-thru customer. I didn’t complain, since the cashier was pleasant.
The meal itself was flavorful, albeit messy. It had a nice balance of flavors. I wish the bun wouldn’t get so soggy.
I opted for a strawberry milkshake. It was basic; nothing to write Google about.
The seasoned fried were great.
The reheat value on Checkers food is worthless. Maybe you could revive the food in an air fryer.
I couldn’t critique the pie because they didn’t give me once.
It’s a great value for the price and not half bad. GET ‘EM GLO!

They’re Dirty and unsanitary. The Older lady at the window (appears middle eastern) fixed my fries with no gloves and touched basically all over them. Then became upset and snatched my fries back when I asked for a refund. It is unfortunate because I was looking forward to eating Checkers.

This location is extremely slow and the food is mid at best. We found a long black hair in our fries after waiting at the walk up window for 15 minutes to anyone to ask for our order.

I went to this location at about 1:30 am & ordered with the computer.This time I ordered a BACON mother cruncher, large hi-c & a medium fry. I had a coupon for a free sandwich with the purchase of a large drink. They got the order wrong multiple times. The manager tried to say I could only get a checker burger which isn’t true. I’ve gotten the fry lover burger before at other locations. When they couldn’t figure out why the coupon wasn’t going through (bc the drink had to be typed in first) the manager tried to give me a 10% discount for a $9 meal (that’s only $0.09, what!?) that was suppose to make the sandwich FREE due to the coupon. When they gave me my order it still wasn’t complete & when I got home it had no bacon & you can definitely tell that chicken was under the heat lamp ALL DAY. Would not recommend going to this location. They didn’t give me my receipt because I made it clear that I did the survey, that’s how I got the coupon.

Stopped by Checkers to grab three medium double burger combos about 10:30pm. See photos! Called the number on the receipt to complain. Operator took my complaint and said someone would be in touch. It’s been a week and I have not heard from anyone. Waste of $29.52!

Cool spot for a late night snack since they stay open until 2am. Good prices and convenient location. There is outdoor seating on the right side of the location and there is even seating in the back by the restrooms and drive-thru. There are about three entry ways into this parking lot. Be sure to tell Checkers how they are doing online to get yourself a free sandwich, you can text BURGER to get a free Big Buford sandwich also you can sign up online and get free fries. Checkers continuously has a rotating menu item so keep your eyes open for something you like.

We stopped by for a quick snack and the customer service was amazing. They are the most professional Checkers I’ve seen in over 20 years. Our food was hot and fresh and not that greasy. The chicken tenders are tender but plain tasting. My sauce was forgotten and would have taste better with sauce at least but I’m ok. Thank you all for the service.

Last time I ever try and order at a checkers. Dumb AI robot tried to tell me they dont carry the half pound chicken bite box when I literally looking at it on the menu, and on the website. Asked to speak to a person and the AI just kept blabbing. This is how you drive away customers. Pulling nonsense like that.

Ordered automatic no1 menu waited 15 mins and got wrong order with no coke. When delivering items they say we run out of coke. Just gave a tasteless lemonade. Rude staff. They even dont deserve one star.
