Charging me $3 for half empty fries is crazy work. Not only that, but I ordered 2 of the $6 smasher meals and the lady charged us $11 each. It is my fault for not checking, but this location has been going downhill for a long time. The Hispanic older lady in the drive thru is always confused and I’m not sure why because she’s been working here for a while. Get your stuff together.

I ordered my food thru uber eats and first off it took an hour for my driver to get it, only being the third person in drive thru, second our food was cold, and final i ordered a chicken sandwich meal and the chicken was RAW. i tried calling the restaurant but it wouldn’t go thru. please train your cooking team to know how to make sure the meat is cooked all the way!

Food is good but orders aren’t always consistent. Staff is friendly but could be more consistent. Best times to visit here when they’re not slammed. So right after lunch or after 8 pm. Be sure to ask for napkins or you may not get any. Check your orders to make sure they got it all, before you drive off (made that mistake a few times).

Service is a joke had to drive up after waiting at the speaker with no one answering. The lady she was the only one on the mic but there was literally no one here except for myself. She said she was taking other orders but again no one else was here. The staff seemed to be aimlessly wondering around. This location has fallen apart

It’s always something with this location! I don’t think I’ve ever had a visit go extremely well and everything in my order be correct. I went today to pick up a mobile order. It was brought to me without a receipt, without the condiments that I ordered, my pretzels were burnt and didn’t include the cheese sauce they come with. My half tea/half lemonade was lemonade with a splash of tea in it which made it just taste like watered down lemonade. It’s not like they were busy. They just suck and are letting 16 year olds run the place.

I will NEVER go to this place again. I typically only do here when I’m picking up lunch for my husband. The last time here they screwed up our order and then screwed up the make up order. My husband was so infuriated that I should’ve learned my lesson. This time I put my order in through the app thinking SURELY if they can read the order in plenty of time that they would have my order ready in the 15 minutes it would take to drive there….right?……wrong absolutely wrong

avoid this location. I went for a strawberry shake. Thats all. took over 8 minutes, and when i finally got it, i may as well been drinking chilled milk. No texture, no flavor. Its happened before, but my suggestion is drive 5 min down center to Whataburger. If i wanted a glass of milk i would have saved some money and gone to my fridge
