The ladies working were wonderful, the food came out quickly and the atmosphere was good. But unfortunately the food was very bad. My sausage was not edible, the biscuits and gravy had a snot like texture and there was no seasoning on anything. Eggs were fine. Wish the food was good here because everything else was amazing.

What a wonderful gem for an amazing breakfast spot in the Phoenix, AZ area. Giving a small town feel with neighborly vibes and excellent service. This is a great place to get a real feel and conversation with the community. On top of that the food is great, quick from ordering to being at your table. A ton of options, something for everybody. If you’re in the area and looking for a place to start your day, check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Prices were fair and the food was great. I’ve eaten here a few times for the Coffee with the Marines event that is held on Wednesday – in and of itself a great resource for veterans.

I really enjoyed all of the old pictures that they have up that have been donated by the patrons.

The biscuits and gravy were rrreally good! I’ve had a couple of omelets and haven’t been let down yet.

There is a tight-nit core group of workers here that can help get your order for you, but they’re also decent people. I felt like I was stepping into a diner from my young adulthood in the Midwest!

This is the second time we’ve been here and we absolutely love it. The staff (all the staff) are super friendly and welcoming!! The food is amazing. Like others have said, the food arrives very quickly.

Update: Went there for a 2nd time with the same friend as before. She has been going there for many years and just could not believe how much the prices have gone up. It was over $44 for the 2 of us. And it’s not like we ordered a lot of food. The last 2 photos are from today.
The food is still really good there.

It was my first time eating there and I really enjoyed it. There was a little wait but it wasn’t long at all. I was surprised at how fast it went with all the people that were in line. It was really good food and great service!

The diner has a quaint small town vibe that took me back to the 90s. It was lovely and simple, and the staff was friendly and charming. It was a really nice break from the hustle and bustle of modern life. I went there around 6:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning and there was a small group of patrons, consistently coming and going, it wasn’t crowded which I really liked.

The limo tinted windows at the front of the restaurant lead you to believe that it’s empty, but rest assured the place is open for business. This was my first time there. The food was good. The seasoned fries are crunchy and hot. That’s probably the best chicken fried burger I’ve had. The condiments for crispy and cold the way they should be, served on the side so you can add them to your burger as you like get. ketchup, relish, mustard, and mayo at your request. Services’ was nice. The drink (club soda) was cold and had a good pop. I’ll be going back there soon for breakfast. I wasn’t really there long enough to guage the servers….. Services, but for my short-term visit, it was pleasant.

Fantastic breakfast, outstanding service in an old school diner! Had chicken fried steak, 2 eggs, and the tastiest hashbrowns. Oh, and biscuits with gravy.

Our server, Annette, was way cool!

We haven’t been here for a while. Its a great place for breakfast. They are very busy, that should tell you something about the food. Our server was very fast. We got the chicken fried steak and eggs with hashbrowns and wheat toast. We also got the ham and egg omelets with home fries and wheat toast. They give you 3 eggs, and a lot of hashbrowns. Be very hungry. Everything was really good, and our cups were never empty. If you’re looking for a nice place for breakfast, try it.

Normally by time I sit down. I have taken 10 pictures. This place is as plain as can be. Their focus is Service and Great Food. They nailed. Great easy menu and nicely priced. Pretty much to the point. Lots of seating and tons of parking. Food comes out fast. Huge portions. Kid friendly. Highly recommended.
