Dearest Delavan Readers…I would like to tell you a story about McDonald’s in Delavan. Today, Saturday March 7th, my husband and six year old son purchased food inside at McDonald’s and sat and watched 20+ cars get food, multiple door dashes get food and yet they got nothing. After over 25 minutes he asks for his money back and the employee was extremely rude, took five minutes to get his money back, and then kicked him out of the store. He asked to speak to a manager and the lady stated there was no manager on site and she wasn’t going to hear anything he had to say and if he didn’t leave she would call the cops for trespassing. My husband was not disrespectful towards them but yet got treated like he was a criminal for asking for his money back and asking to speak to a manager.

Waited in a blocked drive through lane for 20+ minutes 4PM on a Sunday. They had one window open. Served the people who came after us in the lane beside us first. When speaker came on to take my order, I was met with attitude and disdain. I don’t expect much from McDonalds, but this was frustrating enough for me to write a review about. No one is wearing a name tag so I can’t even tell you who was responsible for this lack of customer service. I typed this entire review in line before even getting my food from the window. It sat there for many minutes before they even opened the window to get my money, let alone my food.

Missing or incorrect food items. Managers dont wear nametags. Crazy long drive thru times. David Bear needs to aquire this McDonalds and clean it up. Worst McDonalds in a fifty mile radius. Its McDonalds you would think they couldnt mess it up that bad….they can. Terrible, terrible employees.

This franchise used to be the king of the hill….. now the food is grossley overpriced and just not good. Fast foods number one selling point has always been Fast and cheap giving way to quality. I believe none of this exists anymore…….. not good,not very Fast, and definitely NOT cheap.

I try to avoid delavan mcds at all costs. The food is subpar, it’s expensive for the size and value and they don’t get your order right half the time. I went there today to try the grandma McFlurry because everyone’s raving about it online. Needless to say I get up to the window and she only had one instead of two. Had to corrct that last minute and I don’t know why they put the plastic thing on the McFlurry if they’re going to leave 2 inches of the cup empty.
