Everyone here is great. Foods ALWAYS correct. The inside is clean ive eaten in here plenty of times.I order a lot of food and it comes out faster than Mc donalds gives me a cheeseburger not gonna lie. Plus the workers are polite.

Today 12/23/2025 at 7:29pm I order over 20 dollars worth of food and simply ask for bbq sauce….it was told me I have to pay .53cents when I have over 16 chicken nuggets when I asked to speak to the manager I told “I’m the general manager.” She has a very nasty attitude and VERY poor customer service. She isn’t a good leader at all! I will be calling the customer care line also!

Ordered a single combo w fries ( honey mustard) thru the drive thru. Lady handed me the bag and said “2 pieces tenders with honey mustard” I stumbled and said “ahhhh no I had a single cheeseburger combo” she took the bag back, looked in ti took a minute and handed me a new bag. I looked in it, no fries she opened the window and I told her I was missing the fries and she handed me the original bag back and said “I handed you the right bag in the first place” I said “oh! Ok you said tenders” and she snipped at me saying “no I didn’t”

Big disappointment! Food had cooled by the time it had finally gotten out of the window- not what had usually taken place.

Out of all of the fast food restaurants in the Fox cities this particular Wendy’s and Wendy’s in general is our choice for fast food. We usually come by late at night right before they close …The staff is always helpful and in a good mood. They have obviously great management and training. Delish SALADS!!! Love the new remodel- thank you all for your time and hard work.❤️

I showed up at 11:15am on a Saturday and no one answered the drive through for 10 minutes. Tried to go inside and the door was locked but the lights were on inside. Not sure what was going on but this is the second time this has happened at this location at prime lunch time.
