One word…. Slow. I live right down the street and have tried this place multiple times. Food is good. Ice cream is really good. But service is 0/5. Speed is 0/10. Ran by young kids with no adults in sight. And it shows. I wish this place was ran better because it really is good!

We have been here a few times. Our parents love the malt milkshakes. We were waiting for our food last night and as a restaurant manager I was appalled by the cleaning practices we were watching in front of our eyes. I plan to speak to management before sharing the pictures we took. We’ll never eat here again.

Stick to ice cream its good. If you order food remember there’s a bunch of children running this place. That’s great and all but the food quality also reflects a 16 year old preparing your order. Don’t be surprised if they pass up and cook the persons food behind you before yours. The best is when you wait 40 minutes and you tell them they poured gravy all over your chicken sandwich that you didn’t order. Now what? Do I wait 40 more minutes for them to get it right? But the look in the cashiers eyes was priceless. Like a deer in headlights. Didn’t have a clue what to do. Not even Oh I’m sorry we’ll fix that right away. Nope just sat there like I’m 16 and you should expect your food to be like this.

I usually call to place a pick up order but today when I called, the lady answered and when I started speaking, she hung up on me. When I tried calling back, it sent me to voicemail 3 times. This place used to be really good about customer service but over the years, service has just declined terribly. Please do better.

The hamburger was meh the patty was charred on both sides and looked fatty. Taste was ok. Used to be excellent! Loaded tater tots were ok but the chili tasted like it came out of a can. The hot fudge cake is to die for!!! Yummy!! The place is remodeled and looks great! A lot roomier than before. Staff is friendly!

They went up on prices without notice their aren’t any signs stating the increase in prices the menu board still states past price and when they ring you up that’s when you find out they increased by abt 2.56 on each menu item. You know they eating but the food hasn’t changed
