I found a long red hair embedded in my sandwich. And I see the person working in kitchen with red hair.
This is not just disgusting; it is a serious health and sanitation issue.
I asked for the manager to come inspect the food. A man came over, and I am still not sure if he was the manager. He said nothing, walked away, and returned with another chicken sandwich, still without saying a single word.
I told him I did not want a replacement and that I would not be paying for the order. He simply said “OK” and walked away again without any explanation or apology.
This was not just poor service. It demonstrates a complete disregard for basic hygiene and customer safety. Finding hair in food indicates unacceptable food handling practices.
I seriously question whether this restaurant meets health standards. Situations like this should not happen and warrant inspection.

Absolutely disgusting place and atmosphere. Floors very dirty and entire place doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. Bathroom trash over flowing onto the floor, paper towel dispenser hanging off wall and looks like people are just pulling it out. This place was absolutely dead, hardly any customers, yet our orders were messed up – no bacon on a triple bacon burger, very burnt bacon when it actually came, old hard fries, didn’t get the correct dipping sauces we asked for, etc. needless to say our group didn’t eat much of our food at all.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. We will never be back. Very nasty place. I can only imagine what it looks like were we can’t see (kitchen, etc) since it is so disgusting where we can actually see.

Guys at the take out counter were saving the day but the bartender and wait staff ignored us for a solid 10 minutes upon arrival when there is no hostess. Take out guy finally helped us out for them. Waitress dropped off food and didn’t see her again for a half hour when we were ready to leave. She forgot to bring our sauce we asked for 2x so I had to bug the guys at take out again. They were great. And the guy running around with long curly hair seemed great and like he was trying but the wait staff just didn’t seem to care or help eachother. Like I get it if you’re busy (4 tables between the 2 of them so not really but I’m giving grace,) but then send out your coworker or they should be checking in for you for eachother. And say something when you come back like sorry about the wait. I never complain and really hate doing it but I don’t often treat myself to a dinner out but we were at the mall and thought why not. Regret it. Food was good but cold which I’m guessing was not the kitchens fault as the waitress disappeared for so long. Just a bummer. Also saw two different people while we were eating come up the the front to wait for a table and just leave frustrated because they were never greeted.

Place was not clean!!! I’m scared to think of what the kitchen looked like. Did not notice how dumpy it was until heading to the bathroom. Filth all over and on the doors…Food was ok. Asked for some things to be removed from the burger but it didn’t happen. Not all BWW are the same ya all. Our server was sweet but that’s about all.

Went there for the packers playoff game and the place didnt even look busy for dine in. And there’s a reason why!
We ordered 30 wings with 3 different flavors and onion rings. It took over 45 mins to get our food and they even messed up one of the flavors. They also forgot to bring out our carrot sticks and celery that we had included. We had to flag the server down several times for water, refills, plates, missing orders, etc.
I saw groups of people leaving tables and heading to the bar to grab drinks also. One of the worst experiences ever! Buffalo wild wings use to be a great experience, but this place ruins it. Definitely not coming back here.

horrible service,and food we ordered and we had missing items the manger apparently “forgot” and we drove 30 minutes to get this. we had missing sauces as well we called and had our order remade and received horrible hard fries we asked for sauces again and once AGAIN no sauce and it was a 30 minute drive so overall wasted a hour and when I called the lady was excusing her self by saying “we’re too busy” i understand that we come from working customers service as well and that’s not a vaild excuse. Horrible experience and definitely not eating ts again

Went to the restaurant at 8 o’clock. Looking to get a booth so I could spread out and do a little bit of work. Hoping to get my Tuesday bonus swing on. Walk in and the only thing opens the bar area with high tops. I dislike high tops very much, and asked if I could sit at a booth. Informed me they didn’t have the staff to support the dining area and was only open at the bar. I left, and quickly went down the street to the Texas roadhouse for an awesome meal for the same amount of money.

Those hour long waits at Buffalo Wild Wings are so common now. If this is a franchised location I would assume corporate would try to kick them out. Does anyone els notice how much the ” owner ” cares. Each comment on these reviews is ” sorry to hear that, please fill out this form “
I think the owner or lead ship team should spend less time copy pasting responses, showing they DONT care. And more time trying to show change, they’ve had a few years of pretty consistent 1 star reviews. Ownerships answer seems to be to copy paste the same response for each poor review. Let me challenge you, on this post, please respond with a heart felt response and not the same copy paste as normal.

I asked for a booth and was told that she couldn’t sit us on that side because this was the side that need to be sat down next. But we could wait in the lobby till the next guest got seated and then we could get a booth. She sat us down at a dirty table where we waited over an hr to get our order. Only being checked on by the waiter once after getting us water.
