never had an issue besides one time I wanted to order a hot chocolate and their machine was being cleaned not so much as a complaint or issue but happy to know they keep up with regular cleaning and sanitizing. always had fresh fries and food and orders have always been fulfilled to what was ordered. Every single time I order a delivery or pick up in the drive thru from this specific location they don’t give a normal amount of fries. I just don’t understand. Why? It’s actually laughable the amount of fries… check out the photo and this is every single time I’m not kidding. I payed $7.29 for a large on the app and this is what you give?

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s ever to be honest whether it be because of how long it takes them to make something or how often they forget items to my order. It seems like they have better staffing now than what it was like before in the past. Never really anyone up front to take orders anymore. Bathrooms usually smell, sometimes dirty. The inside is overall nice though.

I was in the area and my kids wanted a happy meal. It’s in a convenient location near the airport. I placed my order on the app and it was hot and ready at the drive through. It’s a standard McDonald’s with the usual fare. Turning left out of the parking lot might be difficult on a busy day. Overall, a decent spot for some fast food.

Can I put 0 stars. I stood at the counter for 5mins with nobody in the store as they joked about tampering with door dash orders. I work nights and this is a 24hr store. When finally said hello they were very rude and said they were closed and laughed. Continuing to talk about tampering with the door.dash orders like I was not even there. When I said closed a 24hr establishment they laughed at me again and said we will be open again in 30 minutes. This is January 25 2026 and hopefully the real management sees this and handles employees tampering with ppls orders. Refusing to even acknowledge i was standing there for 5 mins 2 feet away. Then laughing at me when all I wanted was breakfast after working 10 hrs. If you got door dash order on this day. Sorry to tell you they made sure items fell on the floor before packaging and given to the driver, whom they were mad at for asking for free items. They should be arrested not just fired all 3 if these women. Facrs

Order taker was great but after that I waited behind 3 cars for 5 mintued without any other cars coming through at 4:30 on a Monday, orders 1 number 9 and a mcchicken meal deal they forgot my mcchicken, I checked the bag at the window noticed and they almost seemed mad that I had caught it. My drink for the meal was also magically upsides which I assume I paid for. Overall I don’t think I will ever eat at this McDonald’s again considering this isn’t the first time service has been extremely poor

Curbside pick-up–chicken sandwich and lemonade. These are my 2 favorite items when I’m on the run. Curbside pick-up is easy peasie for me.
Call me crazy, but, McDonald’s lemonade is outstanding… tastes like freshly squeezed to me
Chicken sandwich was from the app with an incentive that was almost 50% off…Great price.

Quick service with the drive thru and has always gotten my order correct. Fries sometimes are not hot and fresh, but if asking for new ones, they usually accommodate.

7mins into my order (placed in space 3 at the physical location) 2 gents looked out the door made eye contact and ignored me.
10mins into it, I entered the store.
I was told that my order was given to someone else.
I was the only person to place my given order from my space – so who know.
I wait another 6mins for my food. Upon receiving it, the counter rep says “I gave you a large fry – really sorry for that.”
When I open the bag 5 mins later, I realized I got a cold crispy chicken disaster sandwich, a med fry (in a lg fry container, my medium tea, and a proper McDouble.
The crispy chicken on the sandwich didn’t even cover 1/3of the bun…

Followed by the chicken on the bun barely.)
Huge let down for my first order of the crispy chicken deluxe…
I can say the staff was sincere about messing up, but the resolution wasn’t really a “win” to me.

Ordered two burgers with no onion. Both came with onion. Ordered two hot mustards with my nuggets. Receiving zero hot mustard. If you want to have missing items or inaccurate orders, this McDonald’s will be your place.
