Very disappointing experience.
The burger you see in the pictures is absolutely not what you receive. The photos are clearly used to sell a product that looks nothing like the real thing. What you get is poorly made, missing ingredients, and low quality.
This feels like false advertising and a scam. I do not recommend coming back or wasting your money here. There are much better options elsewhere.

Listen I dont leave reviews but the general manager Courtney Thompson if im not mistaken, is the best person wendys couldve hired, some stuff was missing from my bag you know it happends and he made it all ok and then some, someone give this guy a raise the customer service is unmatched!

Worst customer service ever from employee named Juan (name on receipt) and when called the manager, he was worst. The manager itself went into the dining room and turned off the soda machines at 9:48 pm (they close dining room at 10 pm) They do not care about their customers and the store was dirty everywhere.
Liam was the only exception, he was great friendly and helped us with our order.

Taking my order by the Cashier took 6 minutes with no line. She was being busy attending orders from the drive through. Therefore, her position was not being vover properly. I think that is lack of good training in the management side. Manager should pay attention to all the positions covered properly.

We are a family of 5 and waited for 27 minutes at the drive-thru just to receive a whole wrong order. The Jr bacon cheeseburger came without bacon (!!!!!), the crispy chicken biggie deal simply doesn’t came neither the 4 piece nuggets and then we received a sad cheeseburger instead. We also ordered 10 pieces nuggets and didn’t receive it. When we asked for mayo, we received only 3 in a group of 5! Also, there was no straw in our bags, and we ordered 5 combos! It was the first experience of my parents and brother (they live abroad) at Wendy’s and they are just disappointed. Terrible $59 experience!

All my burgers where cold! Frys cold! Nuggets tasted like they sat out and where cold and rubber. Had to airfry my frys.. spent 40 dollars on food.. what a waste people have to get robbed buying it at least cook it waited 15 min with no one else in drive thru .. do better

Ordered at the drive thru but upon arriving home realized our 10 piece nugget was missing. Called the store and Armando was quick to apologize and remake them for us. Big shout out to Armando for his kindness and great customer service! Will definitely be back!

I was here at 1:50am and this locations store hours are until 3am. They did not take my order even though the Automated system says it was calling for assistance. Then the workers came out the back at 2am to throw away garbage and they were telling me the restaurant was closed. Super unprofessional! If your customer gets there an hour before closing take care of them.

Terrible service. Waited 15 min for food and it wasn’t busy. Both soda machine was dirty and it smelled. The floor was sticky and glue like. I asked to speak to manager and she (Imani) stated that they clean the machine every week . She was very dismissive. The rug seemed as it’s been there for year.
