Atmosphere & service were top notch.
Food was great, we got the 2 for $40 which included appetizer, 2 entrees, & dessert.
Even the bathroom was gleaming.
This one’s a keeper and will be back.
I was happy to see only a 10-minute wait, which was a pleasant surprise for a holiday. The vibe was nice—typical sports bar style but felt more family-friendly and relaxed, which I appreciated.
We weren’t too hungry, so we ordered light: the beef nachos, fried pickles, and a key lime pie to-go.
• Nachos: Unfortunately, these were a miss for me. Flavor-wise they weren’t bad, but the toppings weren’t well-distributed—mostly dry chips with very little to balance them out. No visible beans either. I’d give them a 4/10.
• Pickle Fries: I really wanted to like these, but they were overwhelmingly salty. Since pickles are already salty, the breading needed to balance, not amplify it. Sadly, they were inedible—2/10 for this one.
• Key Lime Pie: The flavor was nice, but the crust completely crumbled apart. It lacked the structure to hold the pie together—almost like it needed a better binder. More of a dust than a crust, which was a bit disappointing.
I usually try to avoid chain spots for this reason—lesson learned.
That said, I have a feeling this place probably nails burgers, fries, and wings. I’d consider giving it another shot and ordering what they’re really known for.
Our server was polite and presentable, though a bit hurried even though the place wasn’t packed. My daughter tried to chat with her, which was sweet, but it didn’t quite land. Still, she was courteous and professional.
Overall: lovely time with my girl, but food was a miss this time.
Grateful for the moment, but not rushing back—unless it’s for burgers.
We aren’t from around there but decided to have dinner before we left town and I seen cofort food and drafthouse so we stopped. We couldnt decide if we were underdressed or not lol. The atmosphere is very clean but fun amd interesting. The presentation and speed of the staff(mostly our server Tori) and the amenities are 10/5 star is why we thought we might be underdressed(we were in sweats lol). But we were treated no different than any other guests. We expected a way bigger bill but the prices were not bad at all. Especially since the servings are not skimpy like most places and the ingredients were fresh and flavor was very good! Our server was Tori and she was training someone that night but was still on top of her game! As a fellow server I know what her job is like and She is an asset as a server! She wasn’t hovering her tables but was watching and reading them, anticipating their needs the entire time. We will definitely be back when in that area!
I was initially hesitant to dine here due to the restaurant’s three-star Yelp rating, but I decided to give it a chance—thinking that at the very least, the appetizers would be decent. While the food itself was mid, the service was the most concerning part of the visit.
Our waitress (initials: KJ) was unfriendly, short, and inattentive throughout the meal. When my sister asked that her wings be taken back because they tasted off, the waitress removed the plate without once asking whether she would like a replacement or something else. The same situation occurred with my niece. I have genuinely never experienced service where multiple dishes were sent back without any attempt to make things right or even basic follow-up.
Initially, I wondered if this was simply her personality, but that assumption didn’t hold—she was noticeably friendly and outgoing with the table seated directly behind us. We were polite, patient, and respectful the entire time, which made the difference in treatment feel especially uncomfortable.
Despite all of this, I still left an 18% tip, even though the level of service more accurately reflected a 12–15% experience. When people are spending their money—especially during these times—basic customer service should be a given.
Additionally, the restaurant appeared to nickel-and-dime customers. We were charged separately for every side of ranch, including very small portions (e.g., 2 oz). At one point, while trying to be helpful, I stacked plates for the bus staff. In doing so, the busperson took my plate even though I was still waiting on a ramekin for a full side of queso (innocent mistake). When I informed the waitress and said I would need to order another since it was removed prematurely, I was charged for it as well. That felt unfair and avoidable.
Overall, this was a strange and disappointing visit. While the food itself wasn’t terrible, the service issues, lack of care, and rigid approach to customer experience overshadowed the meal entirely. I hope management takes a closer look at service consistency, communication, and guest recovery—because those elements matter just as much as the food.
