not only was there a nasty long peice of shedded hair in my milkshake the employees KNEW and the girl who made it laughed and showed her friend the hair but still gave it to me… like ohhh?????

Terry the manager took our order and was extremely polite and respectful, if anyone deserves a raise it’s this man he didn’t miss a single sauce or specifics about the order (which was fairly large) all 30 minutes before the location closed. I’m use to fast food restaurants saying the kitchen is down that close to close, but not only did he take our order and get it to us in a timely manner but maintained 5 star service all throughout all while the drive thru was full. (None of the food was missing just started chowing down before writing review) fries were well seasoned and plentiful!

I come to this Zaxby’s often, but this experience was disappointing. I placed an online order on January 18th that included cookies, which they did not have in stock. The employee, Ke’Von, explained that he could not process the refund himself but assured me the manager would issue it. It has now been two weeks, and I still have not received a refund.
If a refund was not going to be issued, I believe an item of equal value should have been offered at the time. I usually enjoy coming here, but this situation was not handled well.

The price you pay for their salad is outrageous,1) the lettuce didn’t even have a crisp to it,stale 2) had a hair in my salad. Did get a refund and a free meal. But when there’s hair in my food,I will NEVER return

Stop putting stickers on the tops of delivery drink cups…
It doesnt do anything for safety. Adds glue to my drink. And if someone wanted to mess with my food they can just open the damn side of the cup and tamper with it that way. Let me suffer. I dont like putting my straw through that shit.

Diddy was there . He chased me around the parking lot all day. Eventually the authorities came but it turned out the they were just some Diddy ahh followers. I gave it a 5 star review however because I high key liked the diddling . I only wish they had koolaide and watermelon and basketball as well.
