Waiter was probably in something. She took forever on everything. Brain was not in the correct place. Waiter kept trying to give other people at my table my food. Took 2 hour for some wings. Do Not recommend. If you want food fast. It’s not even like the waiter had a lot of people only had 3 tables with under 4 people at each.

There was a girl named Precious that I talked to Thats helped me out and she has done it for my last three orders on DoorDash. She goes above and beyond after I make my DoorDash order I call and I’ve asked her every single time. “Hey, can you make sure they get it well done”…. And she always makes sure it’s that. ordered chicken nachos and specifically requested the cheese be packaged separately to prevent the chips from getting soggy. When I arrived, all toppings were placed in separate containers except the cheese, which was filled to the rim, making it impossible to assemble without ruining the chips.
When I explained this and requested a refund, the manager displayed an unprofessional attitude and appeared to avoid handling the refund through the drive-through, causing unnecessary delay. I am now concerned about how long the void/refund will take to process. I’m requesting clarification on the void and assurance that the funds will be returned promptly.

Food was great but we had a lady with neon yellow hair serving us. She gave the absolute worst service I have ever had. She barely checked on us, was blatantly rude, and after she gave us our card back she immediately asked for the ticket back because she was, “trynna go home.” I told her to give me one minute so I can sign it because I’m in the middle of eating and enjoying a dessert with my partner. She ROLLED HER EYES and took a step back just pacing back and forth behind the table until I signed it. We come here pretty often and our favorite server is Katelyn, she is excellent. But whoever this lady was really really sucked and should be fired.

THE MANAGER was extremely RUDE… We had a large party, and he refused to allow us to add additional chairs so the birthday party could celebrate together. This left a BAD taste in my mouth. He was extremely RUDE the way he spoke to me as if I was a child… We ended up sitting at separate both and tables. My pastor wife was happy because of the effort we put into it to surprise. She loves Buffalo Wold Wings. Horrible experience. The manager needs a customer seminar.

I ordered takeout, my food came out decent- that’s not my complaint. The staff seem very disinterested in helping. Precious specifically was very dismissive to a man trying to pick up a DoorDash order that she said she couldn’t find. Instead of trying to investigate why he would have an order for this store that she couldn’t see, she retrieved my drink and addressed the next person ignoring the door dasher standing there entirely. I would have been livid if she had done that to me. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

Okay first I always go to the one in bossier and it’s always great and I understand there should be some wait time if it was busy but there was only one table there but we got in there family of 5 we waited 12 minuts tell we were seated they looked at us not even a welcome or hi then finally a waitress came and set us smelling straight up like marijuana and all the other workers did to then another waitress is sick and has a face mask on idk why she’s working tables are dirty food took over 50 minuts already very dirty place never again and bathrooms are very nasty

I don’t complain at all, but they need seriously look into the staff here from top to bottom. They don’t validate your order give you whatever they want you to have. The conversation and employee interaction is unprofessional. This is the 3rd incident I have experienced this. Wings were fried hard.

We come in at 11 and we have to wait over 25 minutes just to get drinks and for them to FIND our server then me and my fiance get our appetizers and his friends get their food like huh? Then I finally get my salad and my fiance is still waiting on his meal plus his friends are still waiting for their appetizer. We finally get his food and it’s burnt like black as aces spades burnt. His friends fries are raw and the others has peppers all over his burger after specifying for no peppers. And before we leave we finally get his friends appetizer and ain’t nothing cooked right. Moral of the story I won’t be back and I won’t be recommending this place to ANYONE! (This is the second time I’ve had problems at this location specifically!)
